Thank you very much for the bracelets, which nobody has here in the Czech Republic. Everyone around me likes it very much, I immediately recommend you.
The bracelet that changes colors is delicate and I have to keep looking at it to see that the color is different every time. It's a very good job. I was very pleased with the bracelet that was included as a gift.
I will definitely buy more in the future, I really like the stone bracelets.

Bought a bracelet that was damaged e mailed and was promised a replacement... this became out of stock... chose a different piece this too became out of stock after being told it was being shipped asked for a refund and no reply and seem to be ignoring my mail...avoid if possible

I ordered the black tourmaline bracelet to ward off negativity. It arrived yesterday. A bit later than expected but I had been in touch and received tracking information from Rare 😁. Its a cute little bracelet and I hope it helps with negative thoughts and feelings. I received a cute little pink bracelet free of charge and will give it as a gift as pink isn't really my colour. The taumaline bracelet was a little difficult to adjust but I got there. Happy with the experience and the bracelets. Thanks very much 😁

I was skeptical, but actually their stuff is really nice
Based on the reviews here I will admit I was skeptical, so I placed a small order for a few bracelets that were on special.
Everything arrived within a reasonable time frame, and it was all really good.
One of the bracelets didn't adjust as the wax strings were melted, but when I contacted customer service about this they sent me a voucher.
So far the bracelets seem excellent. The wax ones still look amazing, even though i wear them all the time (swimming, in the shower, etc).
My daughter loves the various crystal ones.
This isn't high end jewellery, but it is colourful, fun, long lasting and perfect if you want to have lots of choice.
I just placed a second order.

I initially bought the black tourmaline bracelet. Got a freebie bracelet with it. I loved it so much for it's quality that I then ordered the rose quartz, mood and amethyst chip bracelets. Living them all and I love the fact that it's waterproof. Would love Isla Ida to do an amethst or mood choker matching the bracelet with the cord.

Great customer service
I had some trouble regarding the delivery of the product (the product was taking some time to arrive and i wasn't sure if it got lost in the mail or not) and reached out to them through email for their assistance. Not only did they respond promptly, they also linked the tracking website and tracking number in the email so that I could check the delivery progress myself! The items and the free bracelet just arrived and it was very prettyy, although it was hard to adjust but that's understandable since it's pretty new. Overall, I had a great experience :>

Don’t waste your money
I bought a ring for my mum and left it in the packaging for a few weeks. I just got it out to wrap and it’s tarnished and green. Really awful quality. I had another piece that was such poor quality I asked for a refund. I’d have asked for my whole order to be refunded had I known this was going to have to go in the bin too. Don’t wast your money.

Worth the wait
Beautiful bracelets. I ordered 3, and all of them look exactly like in pictures.
Delivery took about a month, even within EU, which was a lot longer than I expected. But in the end it was worth it.
