Ordered a Dolphin Liberty 600 on May 15 because, honestly, the price was just ace. On the website, the item was clearly marked as "Available for dispatch" (and still is as of June 16). "Winner!" I thought as I'd been looking to get one for quite some time. Quickly ordered, paid, and sat back to await delivery.
Well, I sat a while. On May 21 I enquired about when the robot would be shipped. Surely, for things "available for dispatch", that would be fast, right? Wrong! It would be a week delay. Fine, that's acceptable. On followup on May 26, I learnt low stock and high demand caused further delays. How does that align with "available for dispatch"?
After a close to 30 day wait, I asked for the order to be cancelled and payment refunded which done within the 7 day time limit.
What annoys me no end is the mismatch between "available for dispatch" and actual stock. IoT Pool: please update your website to clearly show what's actually in stock or update your definition (again, CLEARLY) as to what "available for dispatch" actually means. If not, your representation of items as "available" could be interpreted as teasers solely designed to drive traffic and purchases. Because be fair: you did have my money the moment I bought something that wasn't there

I made a purchase for a pool robot, it has been exactly 2 weeks and it still hasn't been shipped. Not only has it not been shipped, but I haven't received any response despite emailing every day for the last 5 days asking for the current status. It's very disappointing. The responses here have generally been positive, and I trusted this site to place my order.

Horrible support. They said the product I bought was not available, although it was shown at available on the website. Recommended I'd swap for another product which was readily available (also on the website). It was more expensive. I paid for the difference. It was not available. A week after it still hasn't been shipped. I asked for a refund. They said a refund is not possible because the product is being shipped.
Not only they promise what they can't deliver, they don't know that I am entitled to return the purchase for 14 days according to EU regulations.
It's a horrible company all around.

Das aller letzte dieser Verkäufer,der Eimer war auf das äuserste Zugerichtet von 5 kg nur noch knapp 1,5 kg drin.Der Rest ging verloren.Hab ein Foto welches angefordert wurde zugesendet.Leider keine Reaktion vom Verkäufer.Ich werde da sicherlich nichts bestellen.Das Geld jedoch hat er eingesteckt.

Compré una barbacoa para encastrar se equivocaron y me enviaron otra diferente después de 15 días esperando nadie se pone en contacto conmigo ni buscan soluciones y yo escribo y llamo a diario pero ellos nada. También al ser empresa portuguesa dan problema para contactar. No lo recomiendo y no volvería a comprarles nada por mala gestión desinformación error suyo del almacén y perder mucho tiempo el comprador.

Alles gut geklappt von der Bezahlung, bis zur Anlieferung. Hab den Roboter nur noch nicht benutzen können, weil mein Pool noch nicht fertig ist. Aber war ja original verpackt.

Commandé des galets de chlore arrivés totalement broyés et inutilisables, sac déchiré à l'intérieur. Cette société s'est débarrassée de produits invendables, n'a pas voulu reconnaître ses torts et m'a subtilisé 200 euros. Eviter toute commande avec eux , et le vendeur à le culot de répondre que je n'ai qu'à me débrouiller avec le transporteur, alors que tous les galets à l'intérieur du pot solidement emballés étaient broyés en dehors de leur sac plastique, donc volontairement et bien avant la prise en charge du transporteur. This company blamed me for "mis use " of my pool robot as cause of failure . Anyone that had a good robot knows the machine is controlled by a small controller that cleans for 20 minutes. My pool is very small : 1.8M wide and 3.5 M long for 2 elderly retired people. I only use 2 times a month for 20 minutes cycle . I only had the robot less than a year and had to return to have the warranty to repair . Then IOT send me a bill to pay for the repair claiming I misused the machine and I have to pay😡😡😡I refused to pay and over a month later they returned it to my home. It is still in the box they shipped it in. I bought a new pool robot from a different company and very happy now. I never received an email as to the status of the machine in the box so it remains in the box . Stay away from this company 😡😡You have been warned 😡😡😡

I never agreed to anything with you other than I refused to pay for a machine under warranty. Again your company is accusing me of misuse 😡😡😡It is impossible to misuse this machine , especially in my small pool for 2 people 😡😡😡You should be ashamed 😡😡I hope my review is ready by every potential customer so I can make sure they don't use your company
I paid 1000 euro for that robot. Warranty in my world means repairs are covered under warranty. Thus machine is less than 1 year old. You shipped it back to me without any message of what the status is. So now I have a 1000 euro robot in a box in my storage room. My new robot is alot better quality and comes with a legitimate warranty agreement that covers anything that goes wrong at no cost to the customer. For your information I paid 1100 euros for my new robot and again with a proper warranty with no hidden clauses that will cost the customer. Again I hope my review on this machine will make a difference for future customers. I have done what I feel is the right thing and the truth. Sorry you don't agree

Recebi ontem a V. encomenda e gostava de reportar o seguinte.
A embalagem exterior de cartão estava deteriorada provavelmente devido a manuseamento errado. De qualquer forma o cartão exterior é de muito fraca qualidade, protegendo mal o conteúdo. Uma das embalagens de plástico de cloro estava com o fundo bastante partido ao ponto de deixar cair bocados de pastilhas do interior. Agradeço que passem a utilizar cartões mais resistentes e que avisem o transportador acerca desta situação.
