Internet Reptile Anmeldelser

Internet Reptile has got their act together. Great products for all your reptile needs. Orders are processed quickly and delivered when they say they will. All the products I have purchased for quite a large collection have arrived on time and packaged for delivery correctly. In all the times I have used Internet Reptile I have not had one problem and that's why they are my go to online supplier. 5 Stars from me.

Great Company, the large locusts are on the smaller side, but I have no issues with the company at all :)

Great price and service well packaged easy to use website

Tried to initiate a return, was slightly late as I'm disabled and struggle to get out and about.
Emailed as directed with requested details.
Was told I can't return.
I'll only be using this website again now if I really need to.
Customer support could do with improvement.

The knowledge that they bring and a pice of mind I felt welcome when I visited the shop i would recommend this shop of anyone

Ordering was easy, all bugs arrived fast and healthy would reccomend.

Really great internet shop, all the products you need at really great prices. Regular discounts and the reward system is actually worth it! Really good customer service, with any queries, issues or faulty items. Very quick to sort and easy to deal with. Delivery always super quick!

My mixed order of dry goods and live food were well packaged and were dispatched quickly. Delivery was within 24 hrs. The live food was in good condition. The shedding caves are very small irl so would only recommend for very small geckos such as viper or dune.

Excellent service and great products.

Only use these guys. Stellar service

A great product at a great price would definitely recommend this product to anyone that needs quality live food.
Great customer service. Quick to respond and resolve. Good selection of products and very competitive prices. 😊🥰

Good selection of products, good prices, item was dispatched really quickly. Arrived safely, well packed, excellent service.

I looked in all my local stores and even places such as amazon for this bulb, to no avail. I have never purchased from this site before and was a little sceptical as i am purchasing from online retailers im unfamilliar with but felt the security of pay pal id give you a go. The bulb arrived promptly and well protected. I immediately installed it as my uvb was overdue replacement. I can say i am completely satisfied with the service, price and quality of the product.

Thank you very much for your business.

Placed my order online and received it complete and perfect the very next morning.
Brilliant customer service! Will definitely be ordering again.👍👍

So, as per previous reviews I've had nothing but great experiences with these guys. On Sunday night I ordered 2 new thermostats and on Monday morning realised I need to add to the order. Unfortunately it's was too late as my original order had been dispatched. They messaged me and told me to put the order through and they would refund the delivery cost. Today I received both orders and an email to say I was being refunded the second orders delivery. Just one of the best companies I've ever had dealings with. I'm a loyal now.

Good costumer service, item delivered quickly

I brought some live reptile food off these people, i paid for 24/48 hr delivery, partly because we needed it quickly but also so that it didnt arrive dead.. even after many emails and attempts to contact them via facebook etc i had no response whatsoever, the food arrived eventually almost a week late and mostly dead :(

I buy the tortoise substrate from Internet Reptile which is excellent value and quality. A great company providing a great service

Great products at reasonable prices. Super fast delivery. Have used them several times now and would recommend.
