Great service and my piggies love kavee products

Brilliant products that you can't find anywhere else!
The quality is excellent and the piggies love it!

Ordering process was very easy and straightforward. I made a mistake on my order and had to contact customer service who dealt with it very quickly and offered advice as I needed it . Fast delivery, although a bit too much packing in my opinion, huge box where it didn't need to be, (saying that big boxes always come in handy). Instructions came via qr code to a YouTube video which I found very helpful as it I could rewatch as many times as I needed without getting frustrated at myself

I like and trust Kavee. I but most my supplies from them. Bought some gate grids and there good but not great. they come with zip ties because there hard to keep closed, kinda missing the point of having a gate i can easily open when i have to zip tie them closed.

The grids and connectors in genral could clip together better. Also wish the gates came in purple or mint to match the rest of the cage bars i have.

I purchased the 5x2 Kavee cage with the loft and ramp, and unfortunately I am quite disappointed.
In my experience, the loft and ramp are not very practical. The loft does not feel secure and can move out of place, which makes the whole setup feel unstable. Because of this, I do not feel confident using it.
The base and panels are also separate, and there is no proper way to secure everything together firmly. This makes the cage feel like it can shift rather than stay solid in place.
Considering the price, I expected a much more stable and well-designed product. I bought it quickly based on reviews due to my child’s health needs, but in hindsight I would not choose this setup again.
If I were buying now, I would prefer a more solid, integrated or foldable design that holds together securely without parts moving.
Overall, it does not feel like a 5-star product to me.

The c&c cages are the best and the most beautiful thing

These cannot be considered as a hutch because they are not stable. My guinea pig could knock this over. Also, my 7 month old guinea pig could jump over the sides. The bottom is just plastic! Tied together with cable ties. Awful design and to return they want me to unpack the whole box and take photos and I only got it today. Ridiculous product and poor service.

Always get great service from Kavee , they provide super quality items for my two baby boy Guinea Pigs . I’ve only had them for about 2 months & they seem to be so happy with all the things I have bought from Kavee . Thank you 👍

The Kavee products are of the highest standard. I ordered some soft bedding and accessories, as an alternative to shavings. The products are super-soft and extremely comfortable. My two guinea pigs are quite elderly now, so will really appreciate their comfortable bedding.

Wish we had done this years ago, so much easier to keep clean and a lot more comfortable using the fleece instead of sawdust 😁

So pleased with the Kavee fleeces I have purchased - Daisy and Pigcasso so easy to clean - I was concerned they would start to smell after a couple of days but they don't and I wash them out every 4 or 5 days. The hay just brushes off the fleece and then you wash them in the washing machine and they dry really quickly. Quick brush and wipe over and the cage is spotless.

The items arrived on or (in the case of part of the order) before the promised date. They were very good quality. We particularly like the fleece liners and our new piggies were very comfortable on them from the first moment. it is also great that everything fits in the C&C dimensions as advertised. It might seem obvious, but it's not always the case and makes a huge difference when putting the finishing touches to the piggies' new home.

The cage is ok enough, but for the money you could definitely construct something similar for a fraction of the price. The connectors are very tricky to use and require further cable ties to help keep the structure secure.

I got a 6x2 cage with a loft from Kavee, and it’s been fantastic! My guinea pigs are absolutely thriving in it. The space is huge, and the structure is super secure once assembled. I can tell my guinea pigs love the extra room to zoom and popcorn! Honestly, they have short little lives, and this cage makes it easy to give them the best life possible. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Received my order on time and was delighted with it, needless to say my 2 baby boys ( brothers) ~ are loving their new loft cover 😃
