Good Day: it was fast...and all good...Great customer service

They shipped my IDP licence to Kyrgyzstan by FedEx. Everything was smooth. Unfortunately, I lost the licence a couple months later before I was headed to Thailand. They replaced the licence and shipped it promptly to my hotel in Thailand without extra charge. Great service!

Professional service and a highly responsive team.

Please do not waste your time, they will commit and not deliver.

The permit did not arrive even after 10 days for paying an express fee.

Digital copy is not considered by authorities and for US they say its not part of the Geneva regulation so they may or may not accept for US, depending on the person.

I asked them to pay back in several follow up and they would deduct service and shipping fee for items that never arrived.

**March 9 2026 Update final refund came in full with no deductions.

The application was straight forward, easy to complete, user friendly.
Purchased the 3 years full package, and it arrived super fast, including all documents and the ID card.

I purchased an International Driving Permit from the International Automobile Authority, and in my experience, it was completely unnecessary. The IDP is just a translation of your existing license—it doesn’t add any legal authority or certify your driving skills. Despite the IAA marketing it as essential for smooth travel, when I drove in France with my Australian license (in Latin script), neither the police nor any rental car company were interested in looking at. In fact, when I did try to present it, it was usually brushed aside with "what's this for?" Considering the expense and the fact that it had no purpose, I would recommend checking with an independent source that the country you are traveling to explicitly requires it.

It took more than I expectet, but a t the end you delivered ok.

You can buy an international driving permit in the UK for £5.50 at any PayPoint usually petrol stations and small supermarkets.
This company took £100 off me and the permit is not valid
