This license is not available in Italy. I could not rent the car, I had to pay a penalty of US 200 in booking to cancel the car rented and had to buy train tickets and change the schedule.

I will try to use it in Canada as I am a Canadian citizen but non resident.This along with My Thai driving licence will prove efficiency when I drive in Québec and Canada , next summer.

They promise quick service, and the digital permit received was within several minutes. The user interface on the signature page is wonky, and there is no BACK button to let you try again. As a result, my signature was mangled. I opened An issue with them and they were able to correct it within a few hours. I am having the paper copy delivered to a future stop in our trip. That delivery remains to be seen. They get a four instead of five for the poor user interface on the sig page.

I paid for my IDP six weeks ago. Five weeks ago I received an email saying "Your IAA driving permit is on the way." The tracking link they provided works sporadically. It is not working today. Yesterday it indicated my permit was still at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok. I inquired and was told that it still needs to be shipped to the United Kingdom for printing and then it will be sent to me in the U.S. I have returned from my trip and was unable to use the driving permit

I have ordered an IDA on January 1st.
3,5 months and lots of e-mails later I still haven't received it. They blame it on the courier, DHL.
They refuse to send me a copy or a refund.
Very bad customer service.

I had sent a mail to hello@internationalaut….. on the 14th. Mar.’26 stating that after spending almost ₹10,000.00 on your license I was stopped by the police in Thailand and Fined for not having a valid license even though I showed them the licence you gave me.
WHAT IS THIS??? IS THIS A SCAM…!!! You have not even had the decency to reply back to me… I’m going to write a review about your company and how they scam INNOCENT People into believing that with your license they are safe to drive / ride all over the world…!!!

Travel and organisation is tough, but every step of the way it was made easy, communication is key well done.

Would recommend to all family and friends.

It has been over a month and i have not received my permit. I am leaving on my trip shortly. Not pleased.

Website is very clear, you go step by step very easy. I applied for the E-Card and also the paper IDP. Got the shipping via courier, all good no problems.

I have sent copy of my driving licence which has driving grade A .motorbikes and B cars , the intnl driving licence you provided is only reporting only the grade B -
I was in Thailand last week and Police fined me for 2000.-thay Bath when riding a rented motorbike because the licence booklet and card did not report the grade A for motorbike
