I paid for priority shipping which said it would take between 3-8 days and now its day 10 and i havent revcived anything

Horrible experience. They took payment from my credit card twice and then didn’t process anything and returned me money less than 15% a processing fee, even though they didn’t process anything!

I have not yet received my International Driving Permit (IDP). According to the delivery schedule provided, it was expected to arrive three days ago.

Due to this delay, I was required to drive over an hour to a AAA office to obtain an IDP in person, as the IDP purchased through the IDA did not arrive within the promised timeframe.

When I asked IDA about it I was sent a reference to the tracking page. Completely worthless.

Extremely quick service and proactive customer care. They helped me instantly.

I lost my wallet while traveling in South Africa.

Ordered a license with a picture of my lost license and got the physical version via FedEx within about a week in Cape town.

Since then, I’ve used it to rent a car in South Africa, then rented a car with it in Namibia and was also pulled over several times by police in Namibia and had no issue with them with the international permit.

I wish I’d have gotten the 3 year license instead of the 1 year one seeing how well it has worked.

Because of their mistake, I have I’m not going to get my license on time and I am going to take my flight, on 25 but according to their site, I should get my license on 24thwhich is going to cost me. They told me eight days for delivery. I paid extra for fast a delivery. On FedEx delivery, they are showing me. It is going to deliver on 27th, but my flight is on 25th. There is no use and they do not even have customer care sport which we can call.

Very disappointed made it clear we needed the international license no later than December 17 in hand and yet all we received was a digital copy and when we contacted them the answer we got on email is we have to see and will contact you ! A joke money is gone I have to cancel the car rental in Toronto just very disappointed

Register by mistake and paid for it but the management were very quick.to review my problem and was soted with great admistrstion

My first photo submission did not work but the next submission (from the same head shots) did work. Delivery was great and the product looks professional, however, Europcar could not use the plastic ID as they couldn’t find the permit #…the paper version worked fine, but this is probmatic.

The initial digital response to my order was not as quick as I expected but the response to my query has been awesome. VERY fast response to any follow-up questions. Everything arrived in good order. I recomend using this organization.

I've been waiting for my refund for 4 days. I've sent messages to speak to someone and haven't received a response. I would be very happy if you could process the refund. Not receiving a refund has delayed my life. The assistant I spoke to said it couldn't be done that day because they were very busy, even though the website says refunds are processed immediately. I would appreciate some reassurance.

I appreciated the fact that IDA was in contact with me VERY often, however there were some issues that I believe could have been performed in a more efficient manner. I received about half of their communications in Spanish. I wrote to them pointing to the fact that while I spoke Spanish,and because idioms and other types of "dichos" are generally related to different forms of Spanish, I continued to received the mail in Spanish. Finally, rather than sending my license to the address I had given them, they sent my license to another address that was 40 kilometers away. As a result, a friend had to get a copy of my license and governmental ID and go to another place.

The information I received was very useful and helpful. I will recomend to all my friends.I would use this service again if needed.
