This company is a scam. Do not upload your personal information here. They will charge you for your IDP, then send an AI generated email with a photoshopped adobe document that would never pass in any country. They will not answer your request to process a refund or delete your information from their records. They may use your information and sell it to other people so they can use it to open up accounts, apply for loans, or forward your mail to a different address. I’ve reported them to multiple agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General’s office in my state. If they correct these issues I will change my review.

I regret spending the money on what is essentially a worthless machine-made translation. I am not even sure of the legality of the document.

Starting to think this is a SCAM. They made an error on the electronic license they emailed and none of their contact info functions! Chat bot said they would answer in 15 minutes (NOPE). Sent three emails (NO RESPONSE) and the phone number on the website (407-307-3086) is BOGUS. I called and the person answering said they are a garage door company and get calls for this bogus organization every day. DAMN.

Very sceptical. ID card and printed book look like they have been printed on someone’s home computer. Doesn’t look professional at all. Due to the unsmooth surface of the card it seems like the magnetic strip on the back cannot be read. It looks more like a printed strip so overall not looking real. I haven’t tested the card yet to see if it will be accepted but will find out later this month

The International Driving Authority guarantees that they deliver the International Driving Permit (IDP) to locations other than one's home country. However, this assertion is false.

Residing in India, I paid additional fees for expedited delivery [EXPRESS DELIVERY] to the United Arab Emirates. Nevertheless, the International Driving Authority only delivers to my home country.

Furthermore, they do not acknowledge their error regarding this false claim. Making IDP useless till the next travel.

Received my IDP in less than a week. A very smooth process.

There is an error in my idp and no one is responding.

I still have not received my international driving licence, The tracking code that was sent to me did not work.

Why has my IDL taking 25 minutes to be available for printing? refund the EXTRA charge please.
