Cost me an extra 20% on my fuel!
Used the locator on Interfeuls website to locate my nearest station.
Filled up at a cost of £55.00 at the pump.
Paid using the fuel card, expecting to see a saving when the invoice arrived.
Invoice arrived for £55.00 + 20% VAT = £66.00
Was told by Lorrain "The site locator will show you all sites which accept your card, For unleaded fuel our price is only valid with Texaco.", yet the locator shows the Texaco logo for the station that I used.
So, instead of trying to save money, I've ended up spending and extra 20%...
Avoid like the plague...

Initial contact was very good
Initial contact was very good, Ellis being helpful and prompt with replies. Now the hook has been cast and I'm 'hooked' it's not so good. The Dashboard is rather poor and not particularly intuitive. Info states to allow up to 2 hours for a 'top up' to clear, what it doesn't say is that a top up made mid afternoon on a friday will not clear until the following Monday so unable to use card over the weekend. Other niggles that I will not mention on open forum but overall not a promising start.

I spoke to Ellis from the beginning, having one dedicated person throughout everything is exactly what I was looking for, someone who can answer my emails/ calls and pick up exactly where we left off. Ellis’s care and attention to details is a breath of fresh air, he answered every question, no matter how small or stupid it may have been, which such honesty and integrity I would recommend him to anyone that wants to deal with Interfuels!!!
Ellis is such a credit to the company!

There was a long delay with the cards…
There was a long delay with the cards for an unknown reason
Charly did keep in touch and we did eventually get the cards. However this happened to co incide with a school holiday when we didn't need as much fuel ( sraff off & customers away on holiday too ) However, Charles, kept pursuing the elusive cards , and anyway for all I know it was probably an administrative error on my part

PS Rest of business transactions have been ACE and without any problems whatsoever.

Superb service / pricing!
Superb service by Chloe, Barbara and Lesley! Interfuels have been excellent from day one. Very easy to get in touch with our account manager, super quick responses (email and phone), and simple processes throughout. Weekly pricing is communicated well, and it works out that Interfuels are actually cheaper than our previous supplier too (Allstar). No fees, no hidden charges, just simple weekly pricing which is very competitive. The overall level of service by the team at Interfuels has just been superb! Genuinely glad we changed suppliers.
