This company is a scam, firsy they dont send any reminders for card renewal and above on the when this has been charged in the invoice I asked them to cancel the card and refund the charges within a span of 4 days they have are denying for that and asking to cancel the card without a refund which is something I believe is becoming too rude with the customer. I spoke to Jeremy and he was being so rude while communicating.

what a scamming company. They sneakily add extras to your account - Legel Roadside + interview? no idea what is it, no ones ever contacted me about that, just an extra charge they slipped onto an invoice! i had everything extra removed when i set the account up and soley asked for fuel use only.
And talking about fuel, the station i fill up at is 183.9p /litre at the pump price, these con artists charged me 195.5p / litre, at the same station!!!!! wow, thought i got card to save money, not be robbed.

Following my recent discussion with your account manager, I remain dissatisfied with several issues that have not been adequately addressed:
Unauthorised Additional Charges
Extra charges were applied to my account for services that were automatically added without my consent. I request that all such charges be removed immediately.
Fuel Pricing Discrepancies
I have observed that fuel prices at local stations were consistently lower—by approximately 6p per litre—than the rates charged on your invoices.
Uncompetitive Motorway Pricing
Fuel prices at BP motorway service stations were higher compared to rates available through other fuel card providers, including Key Fuels.
Failure to Provide Agreed Benefits
I was assured that I would receive weekly notifications regarding fuel prices and benefit from a minimum discount of 5p per litre. However, I did not receive these notifications, and on multiple occasions, I was charged up to 6p more per litre than the advertised price at local BP stations.

Fuel card works fine. The reason for the poor rating is they constantly add and charge for extra services despite repeatedly tell them not to.

Sneaky hidden charges - Check your invoices carefully!
I strongly advise anyone using Motia (Fuel Card Services Ltd) to check the itemised breakdown of their past and present invoices immediately.
I recently discovered that they have been quietly siphoning money from my account by adding on supplementary services that I absolutely never asked for, explicitly consented to, or agreed to pay for. They use a sneaky tactic known as "negative consent," where they quietly update their terms and automatically opt you into paid extras unless you actively call them to opt out.
Look out for ridiculous line items like "CO2Count", "Card Prot" (Card Protection), "Legal Roadside + Interview", and "Mileage Expenses." These might seem like small amounts per invoice, but they add up to a significant amount of money over the months. They clearly rely on busy small business owners and sole traders not having the time to scrutinise every single line of a routine fuel bill.
I have had to launch a Formal Complaint and threaten to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service just to demand a retrospective refund for these unauthorised charges.
A trustworthy financial business should not rely on burying opt-out clauses to squeeze extra money out of its customers. Avoid this company, or if you are already tied in with them, audit your past bills immediately. Several unauthorised new charges appeared on the recent monthly statement:
Legal Roadside + Interview: £7.50
Mileage expenses: £5.00
Card Protection: £9.00

If this is not removed ill be cancelling my card and take business elswhere, i'd been Fuelcard Services for many years prior to its rebranding as Motia and now im beginning to see it's much less comptetively priced as it used to be.
In all honesty the Forecourt prices are now cheaper than the Motia prices thus negating the need for fuelcard at present.

Moria have signed me up without my knowledge. It’s a service I wasn’t asked about or needed. Unbelievable
Since my review my account manager rang & asked for this review to be removed. He said this fee & service would be removed from my account. Nearly 2 weeks later the fee is debited from my account & no response from a follow up email to reimburse.
