Terrible experience,
Full of promises in verbal wording,let sharing a payment link from aed 10k for a health insurance policy without health issues, then reject one after the other claim , hiding after untrue excuses, and after 30-40 phone calls sending a quotation for another 50k!!!!! for the 9 months of my policy left, excuses , waste of time, lots of frustrations and of course blamling the insurerer. Do not go with Mr.Sahul or in general, advertising they do, serving they dont.They are also not open for refund.

I had a terrible experience with InsuranceMarket.ae. I was promised a call back "ASAP" but after multiple attempts to follow up via WhatsApp, | finally received a response that I would be contacted by 2 PM. By 3 PM, I still hadn't heard from anyone. When I finally called, the agent had a
completely "bossy attitude" and wasn't willing to listen. They claim to put clients first, but my experience was the complete opposite. A total waste of time. My rating is 0/10. Do not use this service.

today 13 June 2025, 11:16Hrs. i am trying to call them from the last 2 days and everytime i call, their response is they will arrange a call back and no one will call you and waste of time waiting for their call. their customer service to know about the insurance or to have the insurance, is not responding positively. they are acting like we are getting a free insurance from them. very back atttude, very bad service. i do not recommend this insurance agent for the car insurance.

Useless! Just there to make you sign for an insurance and ignore you when you need them. They owe me 12,5k aed that I have a credit note for and promise to be refunded within 15-20 business days. It’s been 32 business days and they are not even replying to emails, complete ghosting.

totally time wasting.
I had a chain accident and i was in the front car. Never get paid. They keep requesting same things. You send they ask more . all intentionally blocking the process.
Dont waste your money here. Scammers.

Very disappointed with Insurance Market! We got an insurance for my husband with RAK and Nextcare, which was accepted on the 23th of April and on the 24th of April my husband started to have minor back pain. He didnt even want to go to the doctor, but I convinced him to go, just to check if everything is alright. We went to the doctor on the 26th and told him that he has pain since 24th of April. The doctor wrote then that the pain has been there since 3 days, he meant 24, 25 and 26th of April. But now the insurance is declining all his requests, because they say that the pain started on the 23th of April.
Turns out that my husband needs a minor surgery and his pain is increased so much right now, that he can't walk. We reached out to every one, explaining the situation, but nobody wants to listen or do anything. What is the purpose of having an insurance if they walk away from taking responsibility.

I paid $500,000 for an insurance policy, believing I was securing my investment. When my insured property was damaged in an accident caused by a third party, I expected them to honor the agreement. Instead, they gave me the runaround.

One agent assured me I would be refunded after the claim was processed. But once I signed the documents, they refused to return my money, claiming hidden clauses and policy terms they never mentioned before. Their customer service was useless—just empty promises and excuses.

Thankfully, the organization tagged in my bio came to my rescue and helped me recover my money. If you're considering this insurance company, stay away. They take your premiums and vanish when it's time to pay up.

A bunch of liars, they say they will refund you and then you never hear from them again, they don't reply to messages or follow up on your claim at all

Horrible costumer service, and they scam you out of your money, I insured my car for a specific amount, and then i had an accident that was caused by a 3rd party, i wasn't even in the car, and they refused to refund me the police amount, eventhough it was just 6months of use. One agent said they will refund me immediately after the car total loss claim, and then just after it, when I signed the documents, they refused to refund me my money.

Please read all other comments with 1 star rating. I myself have experienced, no more reply after payment if you have inquiry or special inquiry. Emailed several times. Ghosted.

Am having a great headache just trying to get them to send me the policy after the payment had been made. God forbid I actually need to make any claim on the policy.

I'm happy with my experience and promptness of their consultants esp with car insurance. I had just recently my car insurance late in the day and still managed to acquire it and made it available in RTA portal.

This insurance company's conduct was absurdly unprofessional. A representative actually had the audacity to call me on my cell phone, spewing disrespectful and rude remarks as they scoured unrelated documents. Talk about grasping at straws! It's abundantly clear that customer service is a foreign concept to them. Steer clear of this unscrupulous and disrespectful company at all costs.

My motor insurance claim has been falsely declined by the insurance company. They take no accountability for not properly conveying terms of insurance and instead, they actively support unscrupulous insurers to deny customers their rights. Avoid them at all costs.

The worst company ever I dealt with, there was no status provided for the medical insurance I have waited for 3 days without a proper feedback and thei management is useless and the most incompetent I have ever seen. Stay away for your own sake!!!!

Took out health insurance for our son in Arpil, it is now May 25th, finally needed his insurance for a doctor appointment...still have no insurance though. Phoned them, they said they'll fix it an phone us back within 30 minutes....its now 3 hours later still nothing. Had to cancel yet another Doctor's appointment
