I was very impressed with the kindness and attention I received. I am currently needing wheelchair support to get into the clinic. I was met by a member of staff who saw me arrive and the consultant, Mr Fenton, came with the wheelchair with other staff helping. Mr Fenton took time to explain my condition, which is complex, and explained what surgical treatment I need and the best places where he could do it. As someone who is nervous, I found his manner reassuring. Thank you Inspire for great service.

I saw Dr Satpal on March 3rd 2026 he was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I felt as if I was being listened to and not in a hurried fashion as it is with the NHS GP. I didn't feel rushed at all and seemed to remember everything I needed to say. I will not hesitate to go again. I chose to go down the NHS route for the checks that needed doing to eliminate the worst scenarios first rather than the other way around which tends to be to be the way the NHS works. Unfortunately I had to chase up my surgery as after 10 days I had heard nothing from them. I was given what was needed for the samples requested but the blood test that was needed was 27th April. I then chose to go to the Diagnostic Centre in Scunthorpe for that in the hope that I would get a quicker appointment. I can't fault Inspire as they came up to expectations. The one thing in my favour is that I am not under their NHS practice so for now will stay at the one I am under and use them as and when necessary. The 5 stars are well deserved and I would definitely recommend them. Norma Cobley

The staff were informative,pleasant and friendly from the first phone call. They were welcoming upon arrival and the time was used very well.

Excellent service from start to finish. Prompt and decisive responses, good admin support and a very thorough and detailed examination/discussion with Dr Shekhawat. Can't recommend this clinic highly enough.

After not receiving the help I needed from ringing 111, I decided to go on line to find an independent doctor. After reading the reviews I felt confident that once I explained/described my daughter’s symptoms that we would receive the help we needed. Immediately Inspire Health came through and were able to offer me an appointment for a doctor to come out within the next hour and a half. Just knowing that my daughter was going to be seen straight away helped immensely. The doctor was wonderful, happily listening to everything and even helped talking to the pharmacist on the phone for me. Nothing was too much trouble and you really felt you were being listened to. My daughter really needed to see a doctor and I’m so glad I explored looking for a private doctor rather than making my daughter wait days even a week before she’d get an appointment to see our GP.

The doctor provided expert guidance, and the staff was incredibly welcoming, making this an outstanding option.

They are great at their job i would recomend them to anyone.

I've recently been to see a Dr at Inspire and got my issue dealt with straight away. I had an appointment within a matter of days, she listened to me and was so helpful. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great care and friendly service
I had a toe infection and the team at Inspire Health were very kind and helpful. Dr Satpal explained everything clearly and the admin team, especially Cansel, responded quickly to my emails. The treatment worked well and I really appreciate how supportive everyone was. Highly recommend this clinic!

I needed a new private GP as I recently moved to the area. Jan made it very easy and did all the background work, Dr Satpal was fantastic and thorough. Very smooth and professional service. I’m signed up to their Gold Membership for easy continuity at a great price. Highly recommended.

We used Inspire Health for dermatology consultations and associated blood tests for our daughter. The doctor and support staff were absolutely amazing very professional, caring, and efficient. We’re extremely happy with the service we received.

Really efficient very polite and explained everything to me

I attended for a private GP appointment on the recommendation of my partner and was so pleased I did. I was treated with respect and examined fully for my symptoms and the GP was so reassuring. So different to attempting to get a GP appointment in Gainsborough!

Everything, from reception to consultation
