This business has been advocating to perform caring, honesty and fairness to customers but in fact not. When I submitted my personal information for a pack and free label for another items but they broke their pledge to send it. Because I was given an unjustifiable accused of I turned down their VERY LOW offer before. They just tried to lure customers to send valuable items and giving very low offer trying to buy items at cheapest cost. They don’t have standard to evaluate your items, they just say what it is worth at their mood. DON’T TRUST It

Yesterday my son and I took a collection of jewellery, of considerable sentimental value, to the Chorleywood shop. Ryan and his colleagues talked us through the individual pieces and made us a reasonable offer, which we accepted, for everything. The whole experience was amiable and it was worth travelling some distance to meet the team and do business with them. Highly recommended.

I have used this company two times to clear out lots of old silver and vintage jewellery and coins. They are super responsive and payout very fast. Would recommend for other customers considering this company.

Free postage was really appreciated as the box I was sending was very heavy. Super easy, super quick & super nice personal service. Sent my goods away on Friday and by Monday I got a telephone call with my offer. Money in the bank hours later. Will definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely fuming with this company. I thought id try them out as I'm in need of extra money for bills so i filled a box weighing 2kg of jewellery.. I received a call back explaining that most of it was too modern.. Fair enough.. Then they said if you want it back you have to pay £15!!! Apparently its made clear when you get the label! I told them that I sent it because I am basically skint and she said that it wasn't their fault I didn't read small print! I cant afford to get my jewellery back and they basically couldn't care less!

Visited this wonderful independent business last week in person, choosing to take my bits and bobs along, though I could of as easily used the free postal service.
The shop is in a nice accessible area, 3 mins from the train station and the shop is an interesting place with a very wide variety of antiques and collectables for sale.
My items were all inspected individually and carefully and I was advised on where to take the items that they weren't interested in (which is a based on current market trends)
I was given a reasonable offer for the items they were interested in (silver jewellery) and the staff were warm, friendly, professional and efficient.
I would recommend this business.

Talking to Iris was incredibly helpful. She explained about the value of some of the items and then a composite cash figure. I then explained I possibly had more to send, and she suggested I simply send a batch of photographs, which is an excellent way forward. Many thanks Iris.

Popped into the shop today, what a lovely team, and Eric Knowles was with them. Service brilliant- reviewed my items, offered a fair assessment of all items and good price for the costume and silver jewellery. Thank you. I will return on Thurs for their special stamp day with some albums! Great doing business with them and feeling like your older and unwanted items are worth a bit more than taking to the charity shop or putting in the bin.

Wow what an amazing awesome company!! I sent my item on Friday and by Monday afternoon i received a phonecall with an offer for it. What an epic experience! The money was deposited into my account within a few hours. Will definitely use again in the future to sell my items.

Very attentive service from clearly very knowledgeable people. I visited their shop on a Saturday morning and was generally very pleased with the prices offered. I also learned a bit about some of the items. A couple of valuations were disappointing but they were more than made up for in the overall totals. Highly recommended and will be coming back when next having a tidy up !
