After not receiving the help I needed…

After not receiving the help I needed from ringing 111, I decided to go on line to find an independent doctor. After reading the reviews I felt confident that once I explained/described my daughter’s symptoms that we would receive the help we needed. Immediately Inspire Health came through and were able to offer me an appointment for a doctor to come out within the next hour and a half. Just knowing that my daughter was going to be seen straight away helped immensely. The doctor was wonderful, happily listening to everything and even helped talking to the pharmacist on the phone for me. Nothing was too much trouble and you really felt you were being listened to. My daughter really needed to see a doctor and I’m so glad I explored looking for a private doctor rather than making my daughter wait days even a week before she’d get an appointment to see our GP.
