Buying oils and poor design
Buying oils etc, very easy and good price.
However, the 900 diamond quadrant steam shower I just purchased and installed, filled the bathroom with steam when first used it: terrible design error!!!!"
Once I modified the cubicle door with plastic seals at the top, its now fine.

Steve and Derek are absolute troopers. Very cold weather yesterday and still managed to persevere and get the sauna built in four hours. Really lovely gentlemen and professional in their service and delivery. Would absolutely recommend!

Very poor product and horrendous…
Very poor product and horrendous customer service.
I bought a steam shower via Costco a few months ago and have finally managed to get it installed. They stated that it could be installed by someone with a basic DIY capability which is nonsense. I had to employ and electrician and a plumber and it still took them days to install.
The quality of the product is extremely poor for such a high value item. The unit feels unstable when standing in it and the sound quality is awful with lots of interference through the speaker. When I tried to request a replacement part I was told that it was due to other electrical items around the unit causing interference. I've isolated the unit and powered down everything else around but the unit still sounds terrible. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common issue so it is clearly not a stand alone issue.
Registering the warranty is also extremely difficult and I suspect this is intentional. Despite being told the unit can be installed by someone with DIY skills they request details of the plumber and electrician who carried out the install. As they are ignoring an issue 3 months in I somehow doubt they will cover the product for 5 years. In fact it seems my product has been discontinued 3 months after purchase which also seems to be a common excuse.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid buying these products - there will be no support when things go wrong.

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your shower. To clarify, we refer to it as a "DIY build," not a "DIY installation." Employing an electrician and plumber, as you did, is indeed the recommended approach to ensure a professional and safe installation.
Regarding the warranty registration, it’s designed to be a straightforward process. While we request the electrician’s or plumber’s details if available, there is an option to select “DIY install” if you do not have this information.
Additionally, we’d like to reassure you that your shower has not been discontinued. Costco often removes products from their website when they are out of stock, which may have caused some confusion.
If you have further questions or need additional support, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Superb customer service from Anne & her manager
I have a number of problems with the installation of a new Insignia steam shower (installed by a qualified plumber).Anne, from Insignia Customer Services was beyond helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was pleasant , extremely knowledgeable & she quickly understood & responded to the issues. She painstakingly explained the reasons behind the problems. She documented, with exceptional detail & clarity, the causes of the issues & then suggested remedies. She replied speedily to many emails &, for the attention of the installer, attached some explanatory video links.
For completeness, when Anne needed to consult a Manager, I don't know their name, but that person was helpful, supportive & understanding & together with Anne could not have given me more assistance.
Anne is, by far, the most helpful person I have encountered in any Customer Services. Thank you very much Anne.

They did a wonderful job
Steve and Eric did a wonderful job in assembling our sauna and I give them 5 stars. Unfortunately one of the internal lights was not working and we wait for Insignia to send someone to fix it.

Excellent customer service – excellent shower
We bought an Insignia shower unit cabinet with steam and jets. The shower cabinet looks absolutely amazing and everyone comments on it. It works really beautifully and we are so happy with the shower. We had a slight issue with a paint reaction near the steam jet and had no problem with the customer services who were immediately on the problem and replaced the panel. Anne was fantastic at communication and helped us know and. They are really easy to communicate with and do exactly what they say they’re going to do. It is reassuring to know that they have such good customer service and can help you.
