Do not buy if you want it to last more than a year
We got an insignia shower quadrant.
First year fantastic Then!!! The shower started to come on by itself. Just for a few mins Like a very forceful drip/ gush. Phoned customer service to be told. That's what happens with these showers it's releasing steam. Really. I have gas heating system so only heats up when required. Something not right here Anyone else have this problem. I would not recommend as it wakes me up at night every night !!

Perhaps the customer service representative that answered my call needs refresher training? However she did advise me to tap the shower head to release any water trapped. Which has no effect on the gushing. The seal you talk about can this be replaced?

Ok perhaps I should upload a video of what happens after a while (as this did not happen in the first few years) so people could decide if they would want to or could put up with that

Just to clarify, the shower isn't releasing steam on its own during the night. What you're likely experiencing is retained water in the showerhead. After use, water can remain trapped due to a vacuum effect. When this seal eventually breaks—which can happen at any time—it causes the water to release, often sounding like a drip or sudden gush.
This is a common occurrence with many showerheads of this design and isn't unique to our product. A simple way to prevent it is to gently tap the showerhead after use to break the vacuum and allow any remaining water to drain.
If what you're experiencing seems different from this, please don’t hesitate to reach out again—we’d be happy to help further.
**UPDATE** The water seal is created by a vacuum pressure within the shower head when you turn the water off. (purely physics) There is nothing to stop this.

Infra Red sauna MXOS1500
We prepared a cement base but elected to have Insignia install to avoid any fitting or warranty issues. This also meant the exterior wood was treated so does not need re-treating until the weather improves.
Nero on customer services was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about this product and Steve and Derek very polite and efficient fitters.
We had a problem with the roof and a splitting pillar which we advised immediately and these were replaced with minimal fuss and ease by the same fitters in March.
We are loving the sauna, it is compact and not intrusive at all in the garden, it achieves temperatures we were hoping for and hopefully with regular re-treating of exterior wood will last for years.

I've bought this steem shower 5 years…
I've bought this steem shower 5 years ago and it looks great but after a few months it went wrong. I can't count how many door rollers i had within a year ir was ok just claimed on line it was ok. But after a year it all started. Crome bits started peel off, rollers sezed shower head braking to bits and costumer service wont help and supply any bits anymore even they blaimed 5 year warranty. Very bed experience for the money..... sorry to leave you bad review but i had yo do it .

Rubbish Sauna
Bought the corner sauna, not impressed! It takes forever to assemble and the instructions are rubbish like an ikea flat pack. The panels are screw on and don’t align properly. The door leaks air from the bottom so you feel a cool breeze on your feet the whole time you in the sauna. You better off purchasing another brand with clamp in panels that align.

Ordered a new thermostatic valve for an non steam shower and it was delivered 2 days after I ordered it at a great price.I hope I can still receive spares in the future as our shower is 12 years old and still in excellent condition thanks to insignia.

easy to find Parts on web site
Parts found on web site, easy to order and arrived in 2 days, great service.
installed POD about 6 months ago and There great.
recommend quicker and easier to install and if anything goes wrong it is easy to fix.
