Called on Insignia on the Monday for advice relating to ordering a 3 way valve.
Got through to Jamie who was very knowledgable and extremely helpful.
He promised next day delivery and took my order over the phone.
Part arrives on Tuesday as promised, fitted it on Wednesday and the steam shower is now running like it did when brand new (10 years ago).
Great products, great after sales and a great service.
The maintenance videos are also very helpful !

I rang up with some questions today and Jamie had all the answers I needed and was very helpful and polite. I did some checking up and rang him back soon after to place my order. Great service.

I have waited to write this review so that I can provide a wider review so that it is not just based on the initial purchase.

I started considering an Insignia steam shower cubicle earlier this year before having my bathroom fully refurbished. Having opted for the platinum steam shower cubicle, I wanted to explore some more details about the product that I couldn't find on their website. A quick call to the main number was answered and a video call was quickly arranged with Nero, he answered any questions that I had about the product and showed me the live product in their showroom, he demonstrated the functions which was really helpful prior to making the purchase. You can visit their showroom in person but I couldn't make the time for 2 hour plus round trip at that point.

The order was efficiently processed by Nero, they even helpfully held my purchase in their warehouse as I needed to delay delivery by about a month.

Arranging the delivery on the day that I needed it, only required a quick call to (I think it was Steve) in the warehouse who arranges the deliveries. He was very polite and helpful in getting the delivery confirmed.

The delivery arrived on the morning as agreed, the delivery was very well packaged and protected and was delivered as close as possible to the front of the house. Be aware that if you order a full cubicle it will likely arrive on a pallet, so thanks must be given to the delivery driver for making the extra effort to position and deliver the pallet so carefully.

I had a couple of minor issues with some parts but on each occasion the customer service team (in particular Anne) responded politely and quickly. Any parts that we agreed were needed were sent out and received quickly.

The whole process for me has given me confidence in the company, they have shown me that they do value ongoing customer care beyond the initial purchase.

Hoping to have many years of enjoying my steam shower...

​I recently visited the Insignia Wellness showroom in Milton Keynes looking for a sauna steam shower unit. We were warmly greeted by Nero Patel, who took the time to explain every detail about the unit thoroughly and answered all our questions.
​After placing the order, the unit arrived within just two days! I am highly impressed with the quality of the product. A special thanks to Nero Patel for his excellent, prompt customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the shower unit, Nero And Jamie were both very very helpful when i got back to them.
Downside is that once they deliver to your door step you are on your own as they do not carry into the house or have local people to assist when you have problems, replacement of parts was no problem but you do pay for return of parts not needed.

The shower it very good, where it lets itself down is the shower system, humming, buzzing , didn’t tune in.. it you go on the site they will tell you how to hope rectify this… ok im an electrician not a sound engineer but i did everything that they said.. no joy.. still not sure what the problem was.. i ended up buying and fitting my own system.. no interference and works great.. if i had known this problem was a possibility i wouldn’t have purchased.. customer service didn’t want to know.. sorted it all myself…

Nero was extremely helpful with my enquiry and although there was an issue with ordering a part online, he organised it personally so there was no delay in receiving my replacement handles. Great service.

The customer service rep (Jamie) went above and beyond to help, as I had no idea how to start ordering the part I needed.

I installed a new insignia steam shower on 13/7/26 it was built up and water tested.
On 28/7/26 one of the manufactured in in built pipes came away. This caused substantial damage to the room below. The ceiling had to be totally replaced.
I emailed insignia with photographs and asked for compensation.
They refused to accept liability. Stating it’s up to the installer to check all connections are tight including the ones fitted by the manufacturer.
I’m now on top of the stress caused by the damage done going through the small claims court for compensation

Our experience with Insignia was very good.
Jamie was very helpful, explaining all the details for the Sauna products. Very patient and courteous in manor, helping us buying a Sauna. Therefore made our visit very satisfying.
I would recommend Insignia for their products.

I emailed Anne and got a very quick response. After discussing what I needed Anne dealt with it the same day and I received my parcel 3 days later. Excellent Customer Service and extremely helpful too, resolving my query immediately.

Jamie has been a great help with sorting all the equipment needed for a custom steam shower.
