I adore the harness it’s my second one know! My dog cannot escape no matter what angle she pulls.
The issue was I made this order on the 22nd of August and only received it on the 12 of October. The only communication was myself getting onto them were they finally managed to send it! I wouldn’t mind the delay aslong as there would be communication about it.

I’ve been using Indi-dog harnesses on my 4 dogs (and various fosters!) for 8 years now. I’ve never actually needed to buy replacements as they are so durable and wash well but I just get tempted by all the wonderful colours and webbing/fleece combinations. The harnesses are SO adjustable - I can use the same one on a 15kg dog as a 30kg dog and can adjust it to fit both perfectly - not many harnesses you can say the same for. And for nervous dogs, they are totally escape proof and I feel totally confident when out and about with nervous foster dogs. I’m always happy to wait a little longer for delivery because I know when it does arrive it will be the same fantastic quality.

Delivery was very, very slow. Had to chase up

The money was paid over but no subsequent delivery of the product after several weeks, and no communication / replies to emails. Transaction since disputed. Credit card provider will pursue the claim. Very disappointing.

Was so looking forward to receiving harness & lead as the designs are beautiful, but it's been over a month. Have had to request payment back via my bank. Have contacted seller multiple times - had 1 (incorrect) delivery estimate weeks ago. Always want to support small businesses but this has been so time consuming, not worth the hassle.

I ordered a harness 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting to receive it. It hasn't been shipped yet.
I contacted them by email and by message on Instagram and Whatsapp but they didn't read my messages...

We had to wait quite a while for our made to measure harness but once it arrived we are very pleased with it. Beautifully made with lovely soft fleece and very adjustable to make a perfect , comfortable fit for our dog who has a small neck and a deep chest. Very happy now it’s finally here.

Purchased a custom sized Houdini harness. I’ve had it about a month now and it’s great - I have a dog with a strong prey drive, so needed something that was strong, something she couldn’t back out of and something cute! Seller was really nice and even ordered in some cute duck fleece for me that I’d seen elsewhere and loved.
It did take a while to arrive but I really didn’t mind, it’s hand made and really good quality.

Unfortunately, my experience with Indi-Dog was really disappointing. I placed an order on 29th August for a long line for my rescue dog, which we needed so she could have more freedom on walks while we worked on her recall.

I received no update about my order or its expected delivery date, despite contacting Indi-Dog several times by email and WhatsApp. It was over two weeks before I finally received a response, when I was told they were still waiting for the webbing needed to make the long line.

I was happy to consider a different colour or alternative webbing to avoid any further delay, but again I didn't receive a response when I asked how quickly this could be delivered. By this point, over three weeks had passed since placing my order.

What made this particularly frustrating was that my money was tied up in an order that I had no idea when I would receive, which prevented me from simply ordering an alternative elsewhere. During this time, we were having to manage our walks without the long line we had specifically bought to help with our rescue dog's recall training.

I eventually cancelled the order and ordered a long line from another supplier instead. That order arrived within two days, which really highlighted how disappointing the experience with Indi-Dog had been.

I completely understand that supply issues can happen, but I would have expected to be told proactively about the delay rather than having to repeatedly chase for information. The lack of communication and the length of time I was left waiting made this a very frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Edit2: Items finally arrived, they are great quality I wish I did not have the experience I did getting them sorted but they are really good items it was unfortunate events.
Edit: I have received an email today from them saying my order will be coming this week. My email apparently was sent to their spam folder along with others so that will be a cause for the delay.
I won't be chasing a refund anymore but being in the dark for 2 weeks does worry me.

Ordered a Police Lead and Hands Free Dog Walking Belt on 11 September. Haven't received any order status updates despite emailing twice now, the Shop phone app which is used to keep track hasn't received any details of the order soon. Haven't had any replies to my emails and I am worried I won't even be able to get my refund now.

Terrible experience – No delivery and zero communication.I am deeply disappointed with this service. After placing my order, my items never arrived. I made multiple attempts to reach out via phone, email, and WhatsApp, but received no response or order updates. Because of the complete lack of communication, I have asked my bank to initiate a chargeback. I do not recommend buying from them.

harness was made to measure we picked the colour and material trim. bit of a delay on recieving it but indi dog sent a personal message giving us the reason.

I love the colour & my products were good quality. However the nose strap doesnt loosen as it should when dog isnt pulling. I feel the ring under the chin should be a little bigger to enable it to loosen more freely

No contact after over 3 weeks. Didnt respond to e mail. Goods still not dispatched

Purchased a harness 3 weeks ago which has a "turnaround time of 7 working days"
Yet here we are with no update to my order OR a response from my email.

No point in having (what is supposedly) a very good product if you are going to ignore your customers... you know those people who are actually spending money with you.

Terrible service, bad communication and huge lead time which wasn’t transparent when buying. Had to chase 3 times where is May delivery. Only responded to my 1st chaser and no responders were received to my following chasers.wouldn’t buy again.

Lovely colours and padding, and the harness appears to be made from strong, good-quality materials. Ordering was easy, and the sizing was accurate.

The stitching and overall finish don’t look quite as neat or refined as other harnesses I’ve bought, although it still appears to be well made. The grab handle is also much larger than on other harnesses, which makes me wonder if it could catch on something during walks.

Unfortunately, delivery took far longer than expected, and communication from Indi-Dog was poor. The tracking information wasn’t useful, email replies were slow, and although updated delivery dates were given by phone, they weren’t met. Telephone number obtained by a google search as is not available via their selling site.

The overall buying experience was disappointing due to the delays and communication, and finish of the product gets 3⭐️⭐️⭐️ only unfortunately.

Wonderful 3 point harness, really well made and beautiful padding which was needed for our dog for skin reasons. lots of advice on measuring/fitting including being able to speak to someone if required. Highly recommend

I placed an order without realising each order is made to order with a 7 day delivery. I needed the harness as we were due to go away on holiday. When I spoke to Sid she helped me choose a ready to ship harness and made a bespoke lead to match for dispatch the same day. Excellent customer service.

excellent product and really well made. if I could make one change it would be a bigger back support padding. at 36 inch waist the support just stops before the hips. not a major issue as the strap is very wide.

strong enough to easily walk to huskies on a walk. would strongly recommend
