The customer service has always been prompt and informative. They work with me to trouble shoot any issues and help me resolve them in a timely manner.

Very good product

I thought the price was fair and the item was delivered sooner than expected and sooner than I was told, which is great.
I had a little difficulty with the website because the item number I had did not cross-reference to the item and giving an appliance make and model didn't bring up the item number either. Not until I said, that looks right and chose it did it actually give the model number, when it was in the shopping cart.

Very happy with the water machine and ice maker is very convenient and makes ice pretty quickly. It is a little noisy sometimes when water cooler kicks on. Still well worth it. The company was very helpful when we had an issue with FedEx losing our package. We were very grateful for their quick response and quick action on getting another one sent to us. Thank you!

The purchasing experience on the ICEPURE Website was simple to follow and easy to process. I've used these water filters before and have always had good results. The 1 issue I had was that I never received any shipping information, e.g. when I should receive my order. But I got in touch with the company and Iris was quick to respond. Good job, Iris!!

The filters delivered were exactly what I needed.They were extremely reasonably priced. My only disappointment was that your company's website indicated that any questions submitted viayou digital inquiry process would be answered promptly. I submitted a question and I never received a response from your customer service. Aside from that, I was completely satisfied with the product and will definitely be using your company when I need to reorder.

The machine was fine the first week. The second week I turned the ice making function off after being continuously on for a week and all the ice melted. So I turned the ice function back on continuously, the ice started tasting different, not so clean tasting and the machine doesn't stop being Soo damn loud. It's as loud as a small a/c.

Tool did not work. Waste of money.

This is the second time I've ordered the ice filter.Say seem to work very well in my worldpool.Unit, and I'm very happy with how easy it is to install them and remove and replace them.They last a good 6-7 months

Just bought filter, already not working

I had to return some filters past the required 30 day date, Aurora helped me out and was able to process my return in a timely manner. They don't make filters for my fridge, but if they did I would order from them.

I had a problem with one of the filters that I had received. I had ordered through Amazon and it was past my return time. I contacted Aurora at ICEPURE and she resolved my issue promptly and with kindness.

The Filters this company make and provide are excellent, you can tell by the quality make of the filter and the taste of your water,and there customer service is excellent as well, one of our filters failed, and we contacted IcePure and they we immediately responsive to resolve and make right with the issue, and a replacement filter.
