I emailed and Iris told me the model number my refrigerator took. I placed an order and emailed Iris again to provide me with a tracking number and was emailed back with the tracking number. I was provided with great customer service and I’m very satisfied with the customer service and the product.

I purchased the 5-in-1 water dispenser and ice maker from IcePure. I absolutely loved it and was surprised at how convenient hot water and ice on-demand could be. After a year the ice maker stopped working and the machine started sending itself into sleep mode. Customer service was extremely helpful and responsive as I was troubleshooting the issue. The conclusion was that the unit should be replaced and I received a partial credit for the ice maker. Would be 5 star, but the product stopped working in less than a year and it was a lot of money.

I have used IcePure since I bought my new LG Frig 4 years ago. I always found it a little troublesome to replace the water purifier into its slot. I was never aware there was a tool you could purchase to assist with the installation. I purchased it and found it was so easy to use and only took a minute to replace the filter. It is amazing! I’m so happy with my purchase!

I had a good experience with Icepure. When I encountered an issue with my order, their customer service team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They resolved my problem efficiently and with a friendly attitude.

The tool didn't work (couldn't turn the internal plug), but eventually I was able to get the internal plug to turn using needle nose pliers on the next outer ring.

Great company, great service, got the 3 in 1 water dispenser that makes ice. Have had it for a few weeks now and zero complaints. Customer service was extremely receptive and product fulfills all of our expectations.

I bought the icepure water dispenser with ice maker from Amazon. The water dispenser was working fine for 1 month and then suddenly it stopped dispensing cold water and the ice maker was not working , I reached out to support for troubleshooting, they were very quick to respond and gave me steps to resolve it, but nothing worked out, then a new pump was sent, I installed the new pump but it didn’t work. I reached out to icepure support again and they refunded the money. Thanks icepure for the support, appreciate it

A few weeks ago I ordered Icepure water dispenser. It was simple and it arrived sooner than expected. But I was greatly disappointed when I discovered the water dispenser was visibly damaged apparently by the carrier. After awhile I finally got in contact with an Icepure customer service person about this matter. I was appreciative that Aurora was gracious and responsive. She refunded the purchase and assured me the logistics department will be more thorough in securing the item on my reorder.

I got the product I needed.

I had to release the pressure by turning of the water and draining the filter. After that I was able to realign the head and put on the new filter. It did not leak. Life saver.

The filters I purchased thru Amazon more than 6 months ago did not fit when I attempted to install. Amazon was not helpful at all. When contacting IcePur they were extremely helpful in making the situation right. Working with Aurora was very easy and professional. I received a refund back to Amazon account. Thank you very much.

I enjoyed the usage of the IcePure Filters for the last year and a half and when l was on the last one, l decided to continue using the filters. Their delivery was quick and the 6 Pkge is economical.

We had a bad filter and they took care of the problem immediately. I contacted them via email as per the instructions and they got back to me right away and within a few days. They offered me a replacement for just one of the filters as that was the only one that was bad thus far. Great customer service!

I received my order on time and the products fit the description. Unfortunately, neither tool was helpful in turning the connector apparatus in my filter connector. It was worth a try!

A family friend came by and used the reset tool properly and attached my water filter securely. That said, I was mistaken when I said the tools did not solve my issue!

The filter fit my refrigerator. I ordered from the MFG and the one they sent didn't fit. When I called about the issue they ask me if I had used an after market filter. I confirmed that I had and they said that it changed the receptacle and I would have to change the receiver out to fix the issue. I am sure they changed the filter on their end and they are telling everyone it's now the end user problem. An after market filter designed to fit my frig isn't going to change the bayonet fitting. So, watch out for the lies from Whirlpool!

Great product and fast delivery. Takes out 100% of chlorine smell and taste. I’m impressed!
