Appaling service from HS direct, we've been a customer for over 12 months and recently signed up for a further 3 years.
Since signing up for a further 3 years, several parts of the system no longer function correctly, unable to edit contracts and reissue to employees. We first raised the issue in March and still don't have a solution 2 months later.

Easy to work with, excellent help and support provided. Chloe Wainwright was a pleasure to work with, always prompt responses, very accommodating and understanding.

Always find HS Direct and Daniel Moore very resourceful in any of our queries with a quick turn around where possible. Satisfied with service we receive.

Started using HS Direct and from the start Nick Daley was on the ball, he gave a brief run through on how the system worked and followed up with a video on how to proceed through the steps. He was always on the end of the phone/email whenever i needed some extra guidance. Couldn't fault Nick with his customer service.

Fine service from HS Direct. Always easy to speak to someone, and any questions are always answered promptly and efficiently. I took over the H+S role after a colleague had left, and Gary guided me through the process very smoothly. Tyrone has been a legend when we were looking to add another layer to our subscription. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend HS Direct.

I received an an excellent service and I couldn't have easily progressed without the support and also content/materials. I would like to give a shout out for Leo Marley who manages our account and Armands Lubiks, who held our hand through Construction Line Gold verification process. Great work guys and much appreciated.

Usually really good - But I just downloaded some documents and realised it was not what I was requiring, so I emailed and explained my mistake. Some guy, who I can only call 'Mr Patronising' called me up and then tried to mansplain the error of my ways in such a patronising manner. What an ass! He really got my goat!!!!!

Preeti Charan has been very supportive and patient assisting us to gain our accreditations again this year. The process would be more painful without her support.

Would leave 0 stars if i could. Took renewal money for a service never provided, was never contacted or agreed to a renewal and 1.4K has been taken from my account and apparently ‘nothing they can do’
Absolutely ridiculous company, taking from small businesses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

We were very impressed by the service of the team. So straight forward from the word go. Communication is key at a time like needing SMAS and the communication was above exceptional. Great work and I will definatly be putting this company forward to anyone who asks. Thank you

Such an easy process, lady I dealt with was amazing!

Marc was brilliant and explained everything with ease.

Marc was absolutely brilliant, I had to reschedule due to commitments but he was happy to work around what I had to do.
He explained everything in great detail and really showed off just how good the system is for small business owners like myself.
That said, whether I am a small business or a big one the services provided are absolutely incredible!
On top of that marc was really down to earth and informal, there’s nothing worse than feeling like your in a classroom. Today felt like I was chatting with a mate and just going over everything we needed to.

I have been using the system now for a few weeks and it is so much better than our previous one. The automations make keeping track of our subcontractors so easy. Daniel Moore has been great! Always on hand with any queries I have, getting back to me within 10 minutes each time!
