I have been using HS direct for a few years now to complete general H&S documents etc. and this is the 2nd year that they have helped us through a H&S accreditation for our company. It was Jo this year and she was great.

Great customer focused service from Marc Taylor
I have attended 2 training courses conducted by Marc Taylor, and they were very informative. Marc was great, made me feel at ease, and went into great detail on the sessions, and also offered ongoing support if needed. Great customer focused service Marc, would highly recommend.

Morally bankrupt company.
Account on was on auto renew which I forgot to cancel. First day on the new agreement which they've taken payment. Called them to cancel as I do not use their services and they said we can't cancel even though its the first day!
AVOID AVOID AVOID. These are generic templates anyway can you find cost effective solutions elsewhere!

Awful company to deal with they promise to provide details job specific rams etc and there jus generic version then when you complain they ignore all the emails would recons satying away for the amount of money charged complaint procedure is completely useless as they jus ignore it all stay clear

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Avoid avoid avoid. Highly pushy sales people hard sell their services and make almost impossible for you to say no. Then once payment has been taken no contact for weeks.
I’ve requested a copy of our phone call recording to take this further with trading standards and even then still no reply after being told someone from management would contact me. Requested a refund and no response. I will be taking this further and reporting this company to trading standards as they prey on people and business when they are need and take their money and don’t deliver anything for it. Do not use.

Super efficient from start to finish. We have recently obtained our SMAS through HS Direct as well as using them as our Health & Safety providers for the last several years. We felt thoroughly supported throughout the process. Any questions/queries were answered straight away and nothing was too much hassle. Dealing with Joanne Grain was an absolute pleasure and we thank her greatly for her continued support.
