I don't think support team exists...
Received escooter, doesn't connect to phone via bluetooth (tried everything, went on youtube, google search etc, nothing works), scraping noise from back tyre, escooter slow as even though full battery and on sports mode, contacted support regarding warranty and general queries (didn't blast them - just wanted some info), followed up 6 times every 1-3 days still no response.

Missing Item
I have emailed this company countless times since receiving my order. Firstly the Hoverkart seat arrived damaged - a replacement was then sent.
I informed them via email (they never answer the phone), that my order was missing the carry bag. I received a reply days later confirming the missing item had now been sent. 10 days since reply email date and still waiting for the item to arrive?!?
Emailed again, no reply. Customer service is not good. I would not recommend.

Absolutely amazing purchase! I brought both a cart and hoverboard and it's been perfect. My daughter hasn't stopped using it. I was unaware of how to assemble to two items and the seller professionally advised me via email on how to assemble both the cart to the hoverboard. I have put my orders in for Christmas as I have been very impressed with the services I have received.

Absolutely amazing company! I ordered the hoverboard bundle as a last minute present for my brothers birthday and it arrived with next day delivery. My brother was so happy! Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. Website looks incredibly trustworthy and very well designed.
However upon ordering there is no email confirmation, no next day delivery, no dial on the telephone number, zero communication.....just the £200 taken from my PayPal account.
DO NOT USE
It would seem after some digging their are some other unfortunate beings in the same boat.
I have finally gained contact and have been issued a straight refund with no explanation and a half hearted apology.
