Don’t use this company
The hoverboard doesn’t work, I have emailed this company 3 times with no response. Also tried to use their online chat that doesn’t work either.
Initiated a refund with Klarna however I have to return but where to ? No paperwork or invoice

My experience of shopping from Hoverboard Store...
I recently bought a hoverboard from Hoverboard Store.The quality of the hoverboard is outstanding—smooth to ride, easy to control, and the battery life is fantastic! I’ve been using it every day and it’s so much fun.
Moreover,Customer service was also excellent.
Highly recommend Hoverboard store to anyone looking for a top-notch hoverboard!

Avoid this company at all costs!!
We bought a hoverboard for our son at Christmas and it stopped working after just five months. My husband contacted the company, who instructed us to send the hoverboard and cart back for assessment, but they refused to cover the shipping costs, even though the issue was within the 6-month battery warranty period. When we emailed them to express our disappointment and ask for reconsideration, we received no response. We sent three more emails, all of which were ignored. In the end, we had to pay for the repairs ourselves.
Although their hoverboards are slightly cheaper than high street stores, it’s worth spending a bit more to get a product that works. Our son was very disappointed and the company did nothing to fix their faulty product!

Bought hoverboard and cart for my sons Xmas, doesn't charge up so had about 4 minutes on it, now the website is either taken down! Contact@hoverboardstore does not go to anything,,, yes I did add the when trying to contact you but it will not let me add a full site address on
here so I just left that last bit out so I could explain on here, I bought this for my autistic son for Xmas and he can not use it as it does not charge at all, like I keep saying the contact address just shows a error code I have tried it many times
UPDATE : OK I may have been to quick to judge, sent it back to be fixed and seems to be working well, fixed it very quickly and returned back to me , pleased with the outcome.

So after 2 months I am leaving this…
So after 2 months I am leaving this review. I ordered 2 hoverboards in November for my twins for Xmas. Dpd made the delivery and said they left it with a neighbour who dosent exist. I have lived there 18 years and there’s no Sam next door. Also delivery pic was a pic off inside the drivers van.
I raised a dispute and heard nothing for 2 weeks I came back from holiday got in touch again and they said they will raise an investigation. Cut a long story short after a week they said dpd will except responsibility and we can replace or refund. As this was 20th December I had re bought more boards and asked for refund. I had done a balance transfer on credit card I ordered off from Barclays so asked them to send refund to my bank. They wouldn’t do this and said the bank will sort it with you. The refund came back but then 5 days later it bounced back to them. I spoke to bank and they said hoverboard have received payment back so I sent them proof in pics of my statement the bank has not received any money. They said we don’t have it get it in writing.
The bank said you need to get refund off them we do not not have that money to refund.
I went to contact them tonight and they have blocked me on wats app.
I am £400 pounds out off poket and to be honest they don’t seem to want to sort it out.
You can’t speak to anyone they send stupid long messages on wats app and it’s being 2 months I have being trying to sort this.
I honestly would order from somewhere you can speak to someone because this has being horrible trying to sort over Xmas and it don’t look like I’m going to get my money back. Even tho they got a refund from dpd.

Regarding the refund process, we processed your refund on the 16th of December, adhering to our standard policy of refunding to the original payment method. This policy is in place to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activities. It is important to note that we cannot process refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods different from the original transaction. This is a standard practice in e-commerce to ensure financial security and integrity.
We understand that you had transferred your balance on your Barclays credit card and requested the refund to be sent to a different bank account. However, as per our policy and for security reasons, we are unable to comply with such requests. The refund was issued back to the original card used for the purchase. If there were issues with the card or the account associated with it, it would be a matter to resolve with your bank, as the funds were successfully released from our end.
We regret to hear that there were communication challenges. Our team aims to provide detailed and helpful responses to all customer inquiries. If there was any delay or misunderstanding in our communication, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We take accusations of blocking communications seriously. Our customer service team is available to assist and resolve issues at contact@hoverboardstore. If there was any difficulty in reaching us, we encourage you to contact us through alternative channels so we can assist you further. We have changed our live chat system therefore no longer use what's app our live chat provider.
In conclusion, we assure you that the refund was processed in accordance with our policies and the information available to us. We encourage you to liaise with your bank regarding the status of the refund, as the funds were returned to the original payment method.

The hoover board is not working
The hoover board is not working as it will not self level and therefore it can not be mounted.
We have contacted the company twice to date and we have yet to receive a reply with a possible remedy.

Nothing came!
After ordering a item for Halloween i waited and waited and waited for my order to arrive. Eventually i received a refund email from PayPal returning my money spent but no explanation from this company which was unprofessional in my opinion so sadly my experience wasn't the best.
