Faulty hoverboard
I bought a hoverboard go kart for my grandson, when he took it out to use for the first time only one side of the board was working, I emailed hoverboard store and they did not reply, I then tried via PayPal when they replied and said if it was unused, I emailed back explaining it had been outside and was this ok, again they did not reply. So it seems to me that if you have anything wrong with your board they don’t want to know. I wouldn’t buy off this store or recommend it again that’s for sure as we are stuck with a hoverboard that doesn’t work and can’t get a reply of the company
Don’t go anywhere near these if you have any sense buy somewhere else that will reply to you if something is wrong

WOW. What an amazing service, great quality products. It was my 7th time i placed order on this website hoverboardstore.co.uk and everytime outstanding experience. This time I ordered a hoverboard for my brother's birthday gift, and my brother was very happy with it. I live in Pakistan, but my brother is in UK from 5 years, but it does not matter, they can deliver to your address which you will provide as shipping address across UK. I got the same products as shown on the website evey time, and received on time. Customer support is amazing and they really answer all the queries. I rarely post the reviews, but they really deserve this 5 start review, if there will be 10 stars I will be giving the 10 stars. Thanks for the quality , and thank you so much for being so nice. I will BUY again in future. Highly recommend this webshop. Must buy from them and you will never be disappointed. Best of luck.

I am a first time buyer at hoverboard store - was a bit worried with my order as I didn’t get the tracking number right away, but I emailed hoverboard store and I think it’s Chloe who replied with the estimated dispatch date which helped me know which day the hoverboard was arriving. Hoverboard came and my little girl uses it after school everyday. Thank you will recommend to all the mums on the school run.

Avoid at all cost
I wish I read all the reviews on customer service before ordering from this company! I ordered a product for my nephew, after realising my sister had already ordered the same thing I cancelled the order a couple of hours later around 21.30. Due to no response I send another email confirming the cancellation the next day. 2 days later I had an email stating the ordered had been cancelled but due to the item now being dispatched I was now going to be charged £9.70! I had cancelled the order before it was dispatched. When I queried what I had been charged this money for I was ignored by customer service, absolute con. Avoid at all costs!

AVOID!!! Bad customer service FAKE boards
Last update. I spoke with trading standards and advised them I had done so. They issued a refund but have kept me blocked from Facebook and Instagram. They also deleted all my negative comments, along with another customers (who they also blocked)
Update. Current position is no hoverboard. They asked me to return for a refund. No refund. No responses. They've blocked me from their Facebook and Instagram account so I can no longer message them.
My son saved for ages to get his hoverboard and kart. It arrived on Friday and he was so delighted. Much to his disappointment, it's faulty. It charges, powers up but doesn't move. I have left emails/Instagram/Facebook messages, since they have no number to call. Zero response. Nothing. What am I supposed to do now, he was so chuffed spending his £300 that he saved. Heartbreaking. Avoid this company

So, my hoverboard turned up super quick, within 2 days - So why the luke warm review. Well firstly they didn't send any tracking information, so when the hoverboard turned up it was placed in our kids fort by the courier, but we didn't know it was there as we didn't get any tracking or delivery info, but even that is not the main reason for 3 star review - it's because of their non-existent customer service. I tried emailing them, calling them and leaving facebook message and got Zero Response. It wasn't until i left a negative 1 star review before anyone got in touch. So whilst i got the Hoverboard right away, i'm now worried that if it breaks, what customer service will i receive.
