Purchased hot tub in store Dan,Mike and Clare are all very helpful and friendly
Delivery and installation was a breeze everything was explained in detail. Overall the service you get is excellent.

Excellent customer service from the Team throughout the buying process. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service, actually bought the tub in September but garden wasn’t ready until 7th December. So no high pressure selling just straight forward advice on pros and cons of price bracket, power and country of supply. Delivery was on time and again excellent service, site left tidy with all packaging removed. Really clear instructions on how to manage the water chemistry.
Basically a fantastic local Liverpool company.

Five star service, Five star company

great people to deal with very reliable and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service from start to finish. Really helped us pick the right tub for our needs, but weren't pushy. Date for delivery was within a couple of weeks and visited to check route was achievable. Any issues with route were discussed and resolved. Kept me upto date with delivery and tub was delivered on time. Full install completed with advise given on chemicals and tub functions / maintenance. Took all waste away with them as well. Excellent value for money and service. Would recommend going to Mike & Dan for your hot tub needs 👍

What a great company to deal with. Great communication and service from the beginning. Kept me updated with delivery and advice on the install. Install of the swimspa went smoothly and checked by afterwards to make sure everything was ok and I knew how to use the chemicals.
