Hot Tub Liverpool Anmeldelser

Service given is absolutely first class.
Nothing is to much trouble.
We fully recommend this company and its great staff

Excellent service, very friendly and communication was great. Delivery was on time as promised and hot tub now in its rightful
place despite some logistical issues with the shape of my garden. Recommend.

From the moment I met Claire and Mike in Hot Tub Liverpool, they made it so easy to purchase our hot tub, and we had it ordered and delivered in just under a week.
Great professional service with a personal touch. Making the service a 5 star experience, and will recommend them to family & friends.

Excellent service, was fully informed and it was a pleasure making the purchase. The sales person Clare went out of her way and made me feel confident when purchasing hot tub for my son. Definitely would recommend to others.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We ordered the tub a couple of months previous n Claire kept us constantly up to date with shipping etc. We had it delivered/installed 2 days after it was in the showroom. We also had to have a crane n that was all sorted by Claire(no stress for us). Turned up at 9, all straight forward n done in no time. Mike n Dan know exactly what they'r doing, very professional, down to earth, great guys. We had an issue which was completely down to us about the headroom above the tub but they took the time to assess it n make a few changes to the lifter, all sorted. Much appreciated too. All was explained n nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely recommend using this company. Thank you.

Amazing service by amazing staff! Highly recommended, really knowledgeable and so helpful, thank you Dan, Mike and Claire you really did go above and beyond!

Brilliant service!! We wanted to buy our first hot tub from a local company where we could visit the show room and try them out. Hot Tubs Liverpool gave us a complete tour of the tubs available and explained the differences between them, we settled on the Sundance Chelsee which Mike and Dan delivered and installed yesterday. We would highly recommend Hot Tubs Liverpool for complete peace of mind including their after sales service and support. Thank you Hot Tubs Liverpool :-)

Great product, cheap price, sent quickly, postage not that cheap so order extra packets of spa cleanser which made a saving - would recommend.

Clean and tidy and would definitely recommend hot tubs Liverpool

Mike, Dan and Claire have been amazing since I was in the market for a hot tub. They talked me through at length the difference between different brands / countries. Not pushy at all, but clearly knowledgeable which is why I took their advice.

They provided a professional tutorial service teaching me about the maintenance of a hot tub, and ongoing costs.

On the day of installation I was working from home. They arrived early - and got on with it hassle free.

What’s most impressive is the customer service post installation and how they are there for any issues or simply questions which has been very much appreciated.

Great company and would recommend.

Fantastic service, professional, efficient and informative, Mike, Claire and Dan could not have been more helpful. Hassle free installation and a full detailed explanation on the operation and maintenance of the hot tub, nothing was too much trouble, I would definitely recommend Liverpool hot tubs.

The whole experience from choosing the hottub to having it installed was effortless
Went like a dream.Highly recommend this company. The personal touch always works.Thanks.

Had our hot tub only 9 mts company we bought it from has gone bust thank god for hot tub Liverpool had a leak called into the showroom to ask advise Mike came out had it sorted within the hour thank you hot tub Liverpool panic over this really is the place to go if you require anything hot tub related

When my hot tub finally arrived from Finland and the guys from Liverpool came to sort it out and install it I can say I was absolutely delighted! Even though there was a delivery delay which was out of their hands they kept me informed. They were courteous and knowledgeable and getting a hot tub to the Isle of Man was always going to be a challenge but they did it. The price was good and the Rexener hot tub is fab. It even runs on diesel and it actually surprisingly quiet with no nasty niffs. I’m happy to recommend this company to all my friends. Thanks

Awesome! I cannot recommend Liverpool hot tubs enough! From moment we went in showroom Mike & Dan were so helpful 👍 we’d been to many HT shops and I’d been saving for months so I wasn’t going to buy from just anyone; but almost straight away we knew these guys were the ones to buy from! Never pushy but informative and super helpful… from start to finish and installing just dream team (not to forget the ever helpful Claire either!)
Thank you guys I am the PROUD owner of a HT from liverpool hot tubs 😁 couldn’t be happier “bubbling my troubles away”

Used Liverpool Hot Tubs to relocate my hot tub. The whole experience was dealt with by Claire Mike and Dan in a professional courteous and polite manner from start to finish.
Would not hesitate to recommend them.
Many thanks to all
