Hot Tub Liverpool Anmeldelser

Fantastic from start to finish …..friendly professional service and kept fully informed
Required a crane to deliver the tub which was arranged without any issues
Would and will recommend

Great service from Mike, came and repaired hot tub (heater element) fast and friendly service. Will use again for future services etc.

Thank you!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Great service moving our hot tub from a very very difficult location. No fuss no mess just a great job lads - Thank you

The service included a (problematic) relocation and subsequent service and commissioning. We were keen to have our Jacuzzi moved asap but on the date available for both HotTubs and a crane hire - we were on holiday. We entrusted our garage key to them and when we got home, everything was perfect and in place. After our electrician wired in, a service was arranged and carried out by Mike. Advice was generously given and the job done! We will not hesitate to use them in the future. Claire, in the office is knowledgeable and professional for any initial enquiries, concerns, parts and servicing.

Great professional and friendly service. I would not hesitate to use Hot tub Liverpool again. Called the team who managed to fit me in between jobs and delivered my tub as well as providing good advice. Thanks guys

Been great service from the start, bought the hot tub on the Saturday and it was delivered an set up by Tuesday. Been kept up to date throughout about delivery details an what we needed to do. Daniel went through all the details on how it all works, was explained so well even the missus understood. Sorry hun, couldn’t resist.

Professional, reliable and personal service. Great communications and a good quality job.

Great experience buying a hot tub. Friendly service and very knowledgable. Would recommend.

Mike & mate “sorry, can’t remember your name🙄” recently relocated our hot tub to the next door property! Although it wasn’t one of their biggest relocation jobs, it was apparently one of the heaviest “6 seater” hot tubs they’d moved manually!! Throughout the process, they were always contactable, polite, professional, efficient & on time👍
We will be needing to move te same hot tub again in the near future, and will definitely be using Hot Tub Liverpool again.
Thank you Mike, Clare & “Mikes mate” 😊
