Lovely place clean and central for Whitby everything you could need like home from home.

Nice comfortable cottage - had everything I needed

Truly a lovely place. Very well kept with a very responsive host. Business minded/business like. I needed and requested for an extra hour for check out (because my transport was departing late) I didn’t get the request. But I knew immediately the decision. That was helpful.
Quite a lovely place, enabled walking by the beach. Thank you.

Hi I stayed at Redcar host n stay with my friend Karen the apartment was lovely all you need nice to have 2 bathrooms I wished we booked for 2 weeks the only thing I didn't like was when you get there you pass 2 pubs and it's not nice there's cigarette butt's outside lots of them but the apartment was great would book again.

The price, the location, the cleanliness, the layout and facilities, the space, the pre-arrival communication, the communication during our stay, the free museum passes, the low cost offer of late checkout, the guidance folder... absolutely every detail was meticulous and made our stay in Whitby perfect. It was like home from home, there is no need to worry as you approach your stay because, sure enough, all check in details arrived exactly on time and as promised.
There are helpful reminders in the run up and during the stay, even offer of booking a private chef for your stay if you so choose.

The smallest thing to be mindful of - there were lots of little kids staying in the flat above and running around each morning, making some noise. Nothing anyone could have done, and no sleight on this place.

Spacious cottage, lovely garden, we had a fabulous time. It took us a while to find the cottage as the directions took us to the wrong house.
Stairs a little tricky in the night. We had taken some frozen food but didn’t find the freezer until the next day as it’s not mentioned in the guidebook. We couldn’t get the dvd player to work, the company were quick to respond to my messages but we gave up with it and watched Netflix.

Chalet was beautiful inside. Tastefully Decorated, equipt very well and the outdoor facilities were great; seating area and hot tub. Location was tranquil but the driving range and bar were added bonuses we didn't expect. Only drawback was it was not easy to find. If you put in the allerthorp golf club it makes it a lot easier. Would definitely book again.

Nice quite cottage, local pubs all good, plenty of open spaces to walk the dog.

Good location for seafront and food shops.
Good wi fi access.
Good quality bedding and towels.
Interior photos accurate.
Clean and pleasing presentation of flat.
Lounge window needs repair won’t shut.
Balcony tiny not suitable for relaxing on but allowed kitchen door to be opened for air flow.

Lodge was brilliant. Great spot on site away from the main area but only a 5 min walk to the shop and pub. La Hacienda was very nice inside, spacious and decking was great and good access to the hot tub. Would defo stay on this lodge again. Kids and adults loved it

On arrival we thought we had booked a luxury stay for £220 a night, but when we opened the main toilet it was filthy and unclean and so we could not use this facility . The cutlery and plates were like they had just been used and placed back in the cupboards. Whilst using the hot tub a brown filthy scum covered the top of the tub and me and my daughter had to get out to to use a jug to remove the dirt. There were children’s sweets scattered through out the property. We complained about the issues we had and were told a manger would be in touch.. NO manager bothered to contact us! There are plenty of luxury lodges available on other sites so my only recommendation would be to book one of them instead!!

We have just had a wonderful few days at Crescent House, the house was spotless when we arrived we couldn’t fault it, the attention to detail at the property is fabulous. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Hi there we love the house and have been several times. I was distressed to see the neighbouring west-facing view has been obliterated by building works and wondered whether the owner has any idea of what impact the noise will have in the intervening 5 years? Also on the view - my children and I have loved looking at deer, bunnies, barn owls and all in-between on the west meadow and were sad not to be able to do so! Would it be possible to have contact with the owner to find out more about that development? I sincerely hope it doesn't impact the lovely house too badly or for too long. the wifi did not work which meant one of our party had to book into a hotel to work at home one day, and my data on my phone ran out which was inconvenient and expensive. otherwise a lovely time! Thank you.

Lovely cabin lodge with a seamless & friendly booking experience.

Loved the area where the lodge is based, a nice modern area which is fresh & clean. Also very close to the local village of Pickering with lovely traditional pubs that have a family friendly nature about them.

The cabin itself was top tier - clean, brilliantly equipped and very comfortable. As a family of 4 we enjoyed it very much. Loved homey feel of it 🙂

Definitely recommend this location and site as a place to book and stay.

I was really looking forward to my stay as it is in a good location, 10 minute drive to Flamingo land. But was very disappointed when I arrived to find the fridge and freezer wouldn’t close and how dirty the place was including dirty dishes left, sticky table and cobwebs.

Apartment was very clean and exactly as described. Excellent communication with the host. Great location for exploring Alnwick

We had a lovely stay in a quiet location, the property was clean and well equipped perfect for a short break for 2. There was plenty of information on the property and access was easy and Host and Stay was easy to contact.

Lovely house with everything you could need.Great position for a short walk into the centre of Canterbury. One small gripe was that the shower head doesn’t hold the shower head in position so had to use it as a hand shower but won’t stop us from booking again

Lovely 3 night stay - directions to access the property were perfect. No real problems parking- friendly neighbours very kindly made room for us to be closer to the property. House had everything we required- very clean, nicely decorated , comfortable, plenty of room for 4 adults and a 13 year old .
Attic room stairs very steep - problem if anyone had mobility issues . Attic room en suite - not much room in there but doable .
