The service provided by Host and Stay was great. As a service we couldn’t fault the communications, questions were followed up quickly and comprehensively.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Ship Shape Seahouses ,it was a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location in the middle of Seahouses.The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you need provided for .The bed was so comfy , it was a great base to travel to all the tourist spots we wanted to see would stay again

The lodge was perfect. It had everything you could possibly need inside. The site was lovely and quiet. Shame we didn't see all the wildlife. Great location. Just a 10/15 min drive over to Whitby.

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. It’s in a quiet street within walking distance of most parts of Scarborough. We were going to the Open Air Theatre and it was only 10 mins away. There is disc parking on the streets in Scarborough so we decided to travel by train. Host and Stay were very helpful, replied very quickly to our queries and gave good information. I would use them again.

Clean roomy apartment. All modern conveniences and 5 minute walk to the town. Tasteful decor too. Two double bedrooms

Apartment was absolutely wonderful , location was superb just 10 minute walk into whitby and dedicated parking, we will definitely stay here again

This is our second year at host and Stay property In Scarborough .. We stay at the merchants Quarters apartment 2 Otharla. Excellent location..there is a car park straight opposite so we just pay for the stay online easy to do..
The apartment is very clean and tidy and in high spec .. fresh towels you don’t need hairdryer or iron ..
love the roof the roof top terrace.. we take our fish n chips n glass of wine and just relax perfect .. will be looking to re book same tome next year as we have found the perfect place for our long weekend breaks x

The host family/staff were very friendly and very helpful with directions and local information and happy to help with anything needed. The accommodation has almost everything needed for a short stay, and parking which is a premium in Brighton!

Great base for 5 cyclist exploring area. Lots of space. Comfortable and clean. Quiet location with great pubs nearby for food and beer. Close to Manifold valley.

Thistle Cottage is by far, one of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. It’s absolutely spotless and attention to detail is amazing. Equipped with everything you could think of, smart tv’s in every room and the bathrooms are luxury. We stayed with 5 children and there’s plenty of space for them to play and explore. Lovely walks around the area, dog friendly too.
The views from the master bedroom are picturesque, and you can see all the way to the Scottish Border.
I would highly recommend to anybody who’s looking for a luxury getaway in the country, the hot tub on an evening just makes it perfect. Northumberland is renowned for the darkest skies, so stargazing whilst sitting in a hot tub with a bottle of wine was the perfect end to the day.

I had an excellent weekend at the lobster hut. The check in comms was great and made that really easy. A lovely welcome touch and a very cosy place after my 13 mile trek. I was lucky enough to be around for the saltburn food festival too - great local comms about that and again a fab location for the sea and the town. Would 100% come again and have already recommended it to plenty of people. Facilities were great, clean and comfy, even got WiFi signal too and just what you need for a little getaway.

We had an amazing stay in Whitby, the accommodation was fantastic. When we arrived it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a nice stay. It was easy to locate the keys and a lovely view to the harbour.

Only thing i would suggest is a canopy for hot tub & also another fence/ panel on the other side of hot tub (Make it more private) as you could see other couples/ families in there hot tub & the bushes could be trimmed down near hot tub so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery over the field's overall nothing negative too say.

The booking on booking.com was very simple. The caravan that we stayed in, in Wooler was really lovely. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated all the personal touches and the welcome pack.
The location was great; perfectly placed to explore Northumberland. Would definitely go back.

Musste zwangsweise eine Haftpflichtversicherung abschließen. Ziemlich viel Werbung bzgl. zusätzlicher Dienstleistungen während des Aufenthaltes. Ansonsten okay.

Great location, well equipped lodge with peaceful surroundings. Stayed for 3 nights over a long weekend, check in was really easy and the lodge was in a great location on the park. Hot tub was so relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Hatte über Booking das Host and Stay-Beech Lodge gebucht. Nicht nur das man mehrfach Nachrichten vorab von denen bekommt wo ein Koch beworben wird und das man dann ja nicht kochen müsste. Nervt. Abgemacht war das die Unterkunft 16:00 Uhr Bezugs fertig sein sollte. Wir hatten eine lange anfahrt mit viel Stau und kamen erst um 18:00 Uhr in Grantham an. Wir sind dann noch schnell einkaufen da wir selber kochen wollten um uns dann einen netten Abend zu machen. Wie wir im Supermarkt waren klingelte mein Telefon und es war eine Dame dran, leider war es sehr laut und eine schlechte Verbindung. Ich sagte ihr ich kann sie nicht verstehen und legte auf. Wodrauf sie wieder anrief und mein Mann dran ging. Es war die Unterkunft und wir sollten was trinken gehen die Wohnung ist noch nicht fertig. Er sagte ihr wir sind um 19:00 Uhr da. Wie wir um 19:00 Uhr an der Wohnung waren standen auch die Besitzer dort und wollten uns erklären das wir noch nicht in die Wohnung könnten. Die Vormieter hätten den Schlüssel nicht in den Kasten gepackt und sondern in den Briefschlitz. Wir haben dann gefragt wie lange sie den noch brauchen 1 1/2 Stunden und da ist bei mir kein Verständnis mehr vorhanden. Warum meldet man sich erst 2 Stunden nach vereinbarter Zeit? Wenn man bis um 10:00 Uhr die Wohnung verlassen muss, fängt man doch nicht erst um 18:00 Uhr an zu putzen? Man hatte von 10:00-16:00 Uhr Zeit zu putzten oder nach einer Lösung zu suchen! Plus die 2 Stunden die man zusätzlich noch vertrödelt hat um den Kunden zu unterrichten. Wir hätten also unsere gebuchte und lange Bezahlte Unterkunft mit einer Verspätung von 5 Stunden beziehen können. So geht man nicht mit Gästen um! Seit dem laufe ich hinter meinem Geld her. Die haben eine Kostenfreie Stornierung akzeptiert und bezahlen mir mein Geld nicht! Ich höre nur immer, wir danken, wir verstehen, es wird geprüft. Alles nur ausreden!
