First of all, when I ordered the product, it said I owed $90. When I push secure transaction and allowed the payment to go through it switched it to American dollars didn’t give me an order number and no tracking information or anything. I tried calling the number that is listed on their Facebook page and it is an unassigned number. I wrote an email to their Customer Support and received no response. I was 98% sure that I must’ve been lured into a scam. However, weeks after trying to contact them I did receive product in the mail. I can say that I like the original formula the dark honey noir, but the pink is ghastly. Just be careful. I noticed that a lot of other people said that they were having problems and not receiving their products for weeks… I was wondering when I made my purchase if I would receive it at all. It’s a very poor way to do business. Any other companies that I have dealt with for other beauty products, etc. always keep in touch with you and update your order and give you a tracking number and an order number etc. the ones that are above board tell you immediately what currency you’re dealing in not switching it in front of your eyes.

This company is fraudulent. Do not try to order or try to change the status. I wanted to order and then canceled the order before it was shipped. Before verifying the order I was charged to my card. I immediately emailed and canceled. I was told they would credit my account because it had not been shipped. It has need 4 weeks and still no refund. DO NOT ORDER!

I purchased the Honey Noir Lipstick and Precision Lip Liner by Zephoco. What a disappointment! The only product was the little bit at the tip. I thought I'd be able to twist and cause more liner to come out. Very dissatisfied with your Lip Liner product and won't purchase again.

The shade doesn't change to suit your colour, well certainly not mine. It doesn't last longer than half an hour, & if you think you can get a refund as advertised, forget it. They will send you a return email with no information. And if you think PayPal will step in, forget that too!! Savevyour time & money!@

Ordered Honey Noir from the authentic site with the extremely long story ads. Previously bought cheap Chinese copy. Bad news: they were exactly the same. Very similar packaging, same exact wording & made in same Chinese town. It went on as a dark rust or brownish-red. Totally didn't suit my very pale, pinky skin. Never "adapted" to my own "special color". Meant to last 8+ hrs. Lasted less than 1 every time I tried it. Like it just evaporated! And it was not non-transferable. At all! Save your $ & buy a real lipstick.

J’ai passé une commande pour le « bundel » duo lipstick et crayon noir et rose, +en cadeau un sac cosmétique…resultat: j’ai reçu UNIQUEMENT le petit sac(cheap en passant) mais aucun produits. J’ai écris pour avoir les produits manquants pour lesquels j’ai payé, aucun retour (du moins j’usqu’ici, après 2jours) donc je crois bien selon les commentaires que c’est peine perdue!😞

Total TRASH product and total trash customer service!! BUYER BEWARE...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! No refunds for this crap product that they sell, and they do not stand behind their product...even they don't believe in it!

I purchased the HoneyNoir lipsitck with the understanding that if I didn't like it, it was returnable for a refund. The lipstick was the wrong color, had an odd taste and did not last. I requested a refund and was told: "our policy actually offers a 60-day Try It, Love It Guarantee. However, to qualify for a return under that guarantee, items must be in their original, unused condition". How am I to try it if I can't open it and try it? They offered me a honeymystery discount on a future order, which I am not interested in. I would not recommend 'trying' their product.

Ordered on 8/4 and still haven't got a tracking # or information on my purchase

I have been waiting 60 days for my order and all they do is send emails with supposed tracking links and telling me it has been fulfilled but on its way. Then they offer a special discount as if I would order again. Do not order from them the frustration is real, they will not fix it.

DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased products from Honey Noir in May 2026, and it is now August 2026 and I still haven’t received the order. I’ve reported this issue to Honey Noir countless times and they never provided an acceptable resolution to the problem nor they want to refund my money. It has been a really disappointing experience.

Zero stars. I ordered the lipstick and liner online. Got charged for three. Plus the International fee on each.
There was no packing slip or anything.
The packages don't say Honey Noir; only Zephoco. \It's made in China.
They don't last even 10 minutes and forget that if you eat or drink anything.
I'm sending a useless email asking for a refund for the overcharge.

Emailed to cancel my order within 24 hours of placing it. Received a message saying that is fine, and a refund will be issued. 24 emails and 3 weeks later, after receiving the product anyway and being promised a refund, still nothing. All email responses are clearly AI generated and have not resolved the issue. SCAM, please beware.

Love the product. Suits my skin tone really well and easy to apply. Long lasting as well

I love the HoneyNoir color and how it made my lips feel. So beautiful and natural looking!

I tried the Honey Noir and it didn’t work as it was advertised. It said 60 days return. When I sent an email they said no returns on used products. Bought on line how was I supposed to try it with out using it.

I am very disappointed in the product and the company. One of the main selling features advertised for the lipstick was that is was kiss proof and its long-lasting wear, but I have found that it does not stay on the lips very long at all. I also purchased the lip liner, and unfortunately it does not last either not to mention that I did not receive the correct color match
In addition, I was concerned that I may not have received an authentic product. The lipstick I received is labeled “Lakerain” rather than “Honey Noir,” which is what was shown in all of the product images and descriptions on your website. This discrepancy has made me question whether the item I received is genuine. I reached out to customer service in May 2026, about 1 week after receiving and trying the product. They apologized and requested pictures which I sent. Again the automated bot apologized and promised to look into what happened snd replace the product. I had to follow up multiple times and I eventually started requesting a refund. I asked for a refund at least 5 times . My issue was "escalated " 3 times with the promise of someone getting back to me within 24 hours. Of course that never happened either. Now the bots stopped communicating all together. In the end, no resolution. No replacements and no refunds. Buyer beware and do not order from this company. If I had had option of giving zero stars, I would.

Perfect shade and moisturizing. Ordering again!
