BEWARE! Totally false advertising. This “100% natural” lip product is petroleum derived. Additionally, it’s marketed as better than others because it’s “not made in China.” However, the packaging clearly states made in China.

I have contacted this company with 3 emails. I ordered on the 31.7.26 and I had not received the package with 2 different shades a pink one and a darker one within a lace pouch. The lace pouch was received but not the lip gloss's. I had sent emails on the 26.8.26, 8.9.26 and today 26.10.26 to my disgust they do not reply which I believe it to be a scam this company. I would give them a zero in stars. So beware they do not fulfil there orders we send. It would be great to receive a refund but reading other emails they dont even do that correctly.

I was looking forward to the lipstick to see what colour it would end up like on my lips, but there was no change whatsoever to the colour of the actual product. It did feel good on my lips but had not staying power, something else that had been an advertised benefit. I received 2 tubes, thinking I'd give one to a friend to try as well, but since the product didn't work as advertised, I decided not to gift it.

I would give them zero stars if I could!! I ordered the lipsticks from them. I realized immediately that it was in US dollars. I contacted them immediately and was told I would get a refund because the order had not been processed. That was July 20th. It is now Oct 24th. When contacted, you receive AI generated responses, and then you are ghosted repeatedly. This will go on until they will not refund because you are past the 60 days. You will never speak to a customer service rep!! This company is out to scam anybody they can! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!! I never received the product.!!!

Buyer beware… This company simply steals your money . If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. My order was held by the post office due to counterfeit shipping and I have emailed back-and-forth at least 10 times with no resolution. I am continuously told that my order is being escalated within customer service but it is all a lie. This is hands-down the worst company I have ever ordered from.

They sent the wrong item. I contacted them and they said they would get back to me bit heard nothing. I ordered the colored matching lipstick and got 2 tones of a really dark lip balm. Dont trust them, its a scam!

I was excited to receive the lipstick.
The add says
NOT MADE IN CHINA
Then you see the package was shipped from China and the package says made in China.
I don't care if it is from China but why lie? Why give false information?

your company is fraudulent. A robot was constantly responding with scripted same over and over statements to no avail. I tried to return product and spent at least a month trying to get a response where to return it too and never got a response. I opened an American express dispute and miraculously honey noir sent documentation stating return policy yet never gave me info to return. I am so angry that this fraudulent company got even a penny of my money for toxic lipstick listed as non toxic ingredients

The order took 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived and I opened one package the lipstick stick fell out of the tube. I requested a return. I have had to request it three times and still have not received a shipping label. They keep saying refunds are issued within 60 days but then they give you the run around and “send” you to another dept for the return. It’s ridiculous

pigment is nothing like they shown on website. lipstick case cracked within a couple of days. its fraud!

Ordered several lipsticks, no tracking update for three weeks, finally showed movement. Almost two months later showed it's been delivered but not to me. Who know where it is. Have exchanged multiple emails with the company where they assured a refund or sending it out again with escalation to a higher customer service support. None of this happened. They're just liars. Would never purchase from here again.

This is NOT a transfer proof lipstick as was advertised. Came off within 15 minutes of use. Scam.

I never received my $48 order. The tracking says it was passed from “17 track” to my local US post office. It then says my post office “put it in my garage”. My USPS office assures me they never received it from the overseas shipper. Plus they don’t put mail in garages!!
I have emailed honey noir several times and they (AI) just keep sending me the tracking info. I’m going to try to get a refund through PayPal.
I got scammed!!

I have been waiting on my order for 3 months.
I have made multiple attempts at getting a response to the holdup, but they do not respond.
I do not recommend dealing with this company!

Buyer beware!
The website gives false information. They do NOT honor their 60 day money back guarantee. If you want a refund you cannot even try it out or open to see the color!
The reddish brown color is not something that I would wear and it does NOT change in color!
If I remember right, the return tab, in a pale yellow, only showed up on the payment screen whereas the guarantee was clearly visible before payment.

So now I am stuck with two tubes, one unopened, and an unopened lip liner as well. It goes against their return policy to accept opened products!

This website lies about not only the length of time this lipstick lasts on your lips but their "60-Day Money Back Guarantee" is a total joke. They state on their site "Love it or your money back - that simple".

I contacted customer service for a refund because I am not happy with the color it turns on my lips and have received absolutely NO satisfaction...only AI responses. I was advised initially that if the product is opened or used it can't be returned. My response after shaking my head was "How in the world am I supposed to know if I "love" it if I can't open it and try it?" Stupid question. Terrible company to do business with. Steer clear!

I hadn’t worn any kind of lipstick since Covid and I decided it was time. Ordered Honey Noir and I absolutely love it. It moisturizes my lips, the color is beautiful, and it lasts longer than any other lipstick I’ve used before. I am very happy with it!!

If I could rate this company and product with zero stars, I would.

The website is misleading in 3 ways:
It claims that it is not made in China. The box the lipstick came in clearly says MADE IN CHINA.
The advertising says that is lasts for hours on your lips. I literally saw it disappear within just a few minutes without even eating or drinking anything.
I contacted customer service with my concerns. The website says 60 day guarantee, if you don't love it you can return it and get a refund, no questions asked.
Customer service said that once the product is opened or used it can't be returned. WHAT?! How would you know if you wanted to return it if you didn't
try it?
Also, the ingredients that they claim to be clean include petroleum and mineral oil.

I have never written a negative review, but I am so angered by their deception, I want to let people know they are being scammed.
