This company owes me money or product and they won’t even talk to me anymore. They just keep saying we’re sorry and I’ve been arguing with them since August 1. I ordered product on July 8 $28 worth of product. When I completed the order, the credit card receipt showed the wrong address so I immediately that minute contacted them and corrected the address. I have the emails to prove it and they sent me an email back saying thank you so much. We haven’t processed your your order yet and we have corrected your address so you will receive it at and then they put my correct address. I never got it. I kept contacting them and they said we shipped it well they shipped it to the wrong address even though they said they had the correct address and now they’ve been arguing with me since the beginning of August and they’ve said your 60 day negotiation period is over end of discussion.

I would NEVER ORDER ANYTHING from here. Never received the correct item! And of ZERO help. Just repeated Bot answers, never any help, and currently not received my money back, or the product!

BEWARE!

I bought as the promise seemed good - natural ingredients and the website mentioned NOT made in China. Got the four products ordered and every single box has MADE IN CHINA on them. Emailed HN, and got a message from their support team confirming yes, the products are made in China. They claim to be changing the website to "ensure it accurately reflects the products country of manufacture". They also claim that the products are made from natural, clean and vegan ingredients. Not sure I can believe this if their simple attention to detail as to the place of manufacture on the website is off. Not buying again.

The ingredients on the box list the following- mineral oil, petroleum, cera alba, tocopherol, MEL.

The website states ingredients say something else entirely. So it is completely false advertising- and what even is MEL?

It was shipped from China, took forever. I can’t even use it because I dont trust the product.

Save your money, it’s a scam.

Customer service will string you along and you won’t get anywhere.

SCAM!!!! AVOID AND DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY

first, I was charged 599 for delivery of a lip liner that should've gone with the lip balm. This was a second charge on top of the balm.
It finally arrived after weeks. The lip balm is creamy and nice. The lip pencil which came with the extra delivery charge was also creamy. I used it a few times and as it went down, tried to turn it up. nope doesn't move up or down a pencil that you get three uses out of and then have to throw away piece of crap. The Company sent several apologies for me not being happy but didn't do anything about it. Don't waste your time or your money.

Purchased the bundle deal with 2 colours and lipliners plus gift bag. A small bag that was not as described arrived with no products at all. Initial communication was good and they said it would be resolved and they would get me my products. Only to follow up a week later with a failed delivery "this email no longer exists" email.
Have put in a dispute now. I Don't recommend.

I wish i saw all the reviews here before buying the bundle, receiving only the cheap lace bag, and getting the run around w their customer service before reporting them for fraud with my card company to get my money back.

Ordered from this company a 2nd time and they shipped me an empty bag. Looked online and I am not the only one, happening to a lot of people. No responses to complaints. Had to contact credit card company to report fraud.

I ordered two HoneyNoir lipsticks on February 28, 2026. On July 25, 2026, I told the company that if they cannot deliver my order, to provide me with a refund. I even provided them with the proof that the order was never delivered using the tracking number they provided to me. The order arrived in Canada, was batch delivered to the carrier, and then disappeared. The company responded to that they will investigate my case, my refund request is completely justified and they will contact me in 24 hours for a replacement or refund, whichever I prefer. The company never got back to me and when I told them on September 7, 2026 that I still wanted a refund, they emailed back that I cannot get a refund because it falls outside of their return and refund window. Instead, they sent to me a promo code for a future order! WHY WOULD I WANT TO ORDER ANOTHER ITEM FROM A COMPANY THAT SCAMMED ME THE FIRST TIME?! In my experience, this company is extremely unreliable and irresponsible, and I want to warn other potential shoppers about how deceitfully they operate.

They DO NOT stand behind their products. The money back guarantee is fake. The product I purchased was very low quality. It turned my lips black. They refused a refund.

Let me preface that I began by writing the company to explain my concerns before posting here. Got automated responses 4 times saying they would look into it. Haven’t heard back in weeks so I decided to post. I bought 2 lipsticks on a buy one/get one. Didn’t take too long to receive, I was really excited to find a lipstick that adapted to me & stayed on. Must admit, it felt good and color was ok. However, after application I read the box and none of the “natural” ingredients were included. The first 2 are petrolatum and mineral oil - not products I use on my skin. AND….although their advertising says it’s not made in China,it plainly states on the box “Made in China”. I sent them a picture of the box. One of the responses I got listed the 100% natural, vegan, and clean ingredients - which were NOT listed on my box. Even offered me a Mystery Code on my next purchase. I say all this to warn consumers that what they advertise and what they send are completely different. I’d love to post my picture but don’t see a way to do it here.

Never buy from this site. I ordered with their BOGO offer. I did receive two items, but it wasn't what I ordered. I've been going back and forth for a month with the fastest AI response bot, but they claim a return has to be initiated from them in order for me to get a refund, and it is forever being "escalated." No refund. No replacement. Just two tiny, overpriced lip balms. Stay away.

This company is criminal. They took my money, sent me an empty bag and continue to send me AI responses to my emails asking for a replacement or refund. They are fraudulent. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered the bundle and only received the storage pouch. I tried contacting them but never got a reply from them.

I initially ordered this lipstick and liked it so I placed another order. It showed delivered when I had not received it. I contacted them and they continually stated they would get their customer support team to contact me to organise a replacement which never eventuated. When I requested a refund, they no longer responded to my emails via info@honeynoir. Very disappointing. Buyer beware!!!

This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with!!! I ordered the Bestsellers Bundle on July 23rd. It took over 3 weeks, but finally a package arrived from them. The only thing in the package was a small zippered lace bag! NO lipsticks, NO lip pencils! NONE of the products that I paid for were in the package! Just a cheap, free bag!! I have sent over 15 separate emails with photos of the package that arrived per their request over the past 11 days. Their response has repeatedly been that the issue was "escalated to the support team", but that's it! I just want the product that I paid for or my money back, but they can't seem to give me an answer either way!!! I would give them zero stars if it were possible!!

Very greasy doesn't stay on the liner doesn't matter how and greasy

First of all, when I ordered the product, it said I owed $90. When I push secure transaction and allowed the payment to go through it switched it to American dollars didn’t give me an order number and no tracking information or anything. I tried calling the number that is listed on their Facebook page and it is an unassigned number. I wrote an email to their Customer Support and received no response. I was 98% sure that I must’ve been lured into a scam. However, weeks after trying to contact them I did receive product in the mail. I can say that I like the original formula the dark honey noir, but the pink is ghastly. Just be careful. I noticed that a lot of other people said that they were having problems and not receiving their products for weeks… I was wondering when I made my purchase if I would receive it at all. It’s a very poor way to do business. Any other companies that I have dealt with for other beauty products, etc. always keep in touch with you and update your order and give you a tracking number and an order number etc. the ones that are above board tell you immediately what currency you’re dealing in not switching it in front of your eyes.

This company is fraudulent. Do not try to order or try to change the status. I wanted to order and then canceled the order before it was shipped. Before verifying the order I was charged to my card. I immediately emailed and canceled. I was told they would credit my account because it had not been shipped. It has need 4 weeks and still no refund. DO NOT ORDER!
