Excellent service from start to finish! Also, very helpful when we had technical issues with the service on our mobiles. Would definitely recommend.

I have had my CCTV with homecctv for a few years now and they have been nothing but brilliant. From the first initial visit I was given great, clear information about the cameras how they work, how the app works etc and the installation process was smooth, easy and there was no mess left behind.. In the few years I have had my cameras, I have only had a couple of occurrences where I have needed to call out (one of which was when I had a power cut and it blew the plug) but on the occasions James (in the tech support team) was very quick to respond to me , and he gave me clear instructions and guidance and had my CCTV back up and running in no time. I am soon moving home , and I will be taking my CCTV and staying with this company for the foreseeable. Great friendly staff , quick response, clear cameras, easy to use system /app , all around fantastic.

Would not reccomend at all. Prices are a complete JOKE !!! Quoted me £1500 for a non-branded garbage system with black & white night vision. Thd guy that came was a cheesy salesman, motivated by commision. He refused to see me without my wife being present? Like why??? When I refused the quote, he looked at my wife and said "well he obviously values money over your safety". How dare you.

Since had another company who fitted me a top of ths range HIKVISION system with Colour night vision.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They are ripping you clean off. Most people dont know much about CCTV and they play on that. £1500 is TOP money for what I would say is a £300 system at best. They use re-branded VIPER equipment and brand it as "made for us here in the UK" I know this because someone I know had it fitted and I googled the model number.

We've just had a CCTV system and security alarm installed by Kieran. It's been raining all day but he just got on with the job with a smile on his face, he's a real credit to the business. Perfect installation too, very clean and tidy. We recommend this company to anyone thinking of having CCTV and/or a security system..

What can I say apart from ‘What a fantastic service’ from the survey to the installation everything has been professionally completed to a very high standard. Massive thank you to Josh for the perfect installation of our 4 cameras - he had to put up with torrential rain and a husky trying to help. Many thanks and would not hesitate to recommend. We had a 3 camera cctv system fitted yesterday by Home CCTV and we are absolutely delighted with the result. There are cheaper systems out there, but this is British made and excellent quality with no security issues you can get with Chinese made systems. Joel, the fitter, was friendly and polite and explained everything to us in easy to understand words. The fitting was first class with hardly a wire to be seen. When he had finished, he left everything clean and tidy. On top of all this, he even reconnected a down pipe which builders, a couple of days before, had dislodged. Brilliant service, many thanks Joel.

Great camera system! For me it was the aftercare which was second to none, overall very happy with my 3 cameras could recommend enough. Thank you so much.

Just had two CCTV cameras fitted by Adam, outstanding service really helpful in explaining how the system works, shown me what he was doing in and outside my house , Adam was very polite and respectful, I am very pleased with Home CCTV Services LTD would definitely recommend.

This so called company installed CCTV and wiring last Tuesday in the rented house next door to me, and in the process disturbed and moved roof tiles and guttering so now there is a drip and it is leaking and dripping straight down onto and all over my front fence and it as only just been erected last October with all the constance harssment i recive from tenants next door in the rented house over the last two years, thats the only reason they had CCTV erected for if i retaliate then i look bad yer right, The Leak only started since they lifted the tiles up, the front fence is wet though and will get damaged, Two to three E mails to them (In my sent Folder too) to receive one snotty answer back, Why should they be lifting roof tiles up even though they can do what they want as it's not on my property if they damage it and moving guttering and tie-wrapping wires to drain pipes the easy way, photo's to prove this too, Also they hand out free Threats on the sly and i quote " i'm Gonna Knock You Out" lol if you catch them out lying about the tiles,

So a security company committing offences against the Person Act 1861 and also committing a GDPR breech about disclosing information in his threats to the tenants next door as they do not need to know my name, And one of the fitters said he would take legal action against me for leaving reviews so there is laws agains leaving reviews now, This review as no defamation in it as it is 100% true, previously traded under the Name HOME CCTV SERVICES LIMITED and main office is in Bridlington,

Buy Ring CCTV and fit it yourself if you can, My 3 year old granddaughter could fit it !

Would highly recommend these guys. Had a four camera system fitted today and the system is great, really clear and easy to use. Thanks to Daniel for arranging the Survey, Kevin for helping us decide what we needed and to John and Lewis for fitting the system and showing us how it all works. Great team and a great job, Thank you!
