Fine root organics have excellent customer service. I had reason to enquire how long my order would take. Maricris from customer service responded within minutes reassuring me and even checked the tracking so that I had an accurate and up to date explanation. First class! I would have no hesitation in using Fine roots again. I wish all businesses had such good service.

I was keen to order this Tumeric…
I was keen to order this Tumeric supplement with the percentage/dosage of ingredients suggesting a great dose. However, the small print tells you...once you get to read the label on the bottle you have to take three of the capsules to get the high levels of the supplement into you.
I felt that was very misleading.
Hence one bottle of 90 capsules last one month!!! Not three months as I had anticipated.
Delivery was very slow, which I was very surprised about.
A little dissapointed...but I will see how I fair with taking three large capsules once a day.

I emailed to say I hadn't received my tumeric tablets and I had an email back the same day to say they were on the way.I received them the next day and have started taking them,too soon to say if they help.

First of all didn't realise I had sighn up for a subscription! Then when the supplements arrived I realised I couldn't take them because of other meds I was taking! So I guess my friend has got another lot of supplements for free! I've now cancelled my subscription!

It was a little unfortunate that FineRoots Organics' automated emailing and tracking system suffered a glitch which resulted in the sending of erroneous messages to customers asking for feedback on orders which had not yet been received .
Soon after contacting Customer Services, the problem was confirmed by email as resolved thereby putting customer minds at rest re goods in transit.
I have now received my order of Pure Turmeric Curcumin 95 and am looking forward to being able to provide positive feedback in due course,

Turmeric capsules are amazing!
I recently ordered some Turmeric capsules to help with my painful knees and I am pleaded to say these hsve worked miracles - I no longer sound like the tin man going up the stairs.
The capsules are quite large and as you're meant to take 3 daily, it can be quite a challenge along with all the other vitamins I already take.
Give Turmeric capsules a try, worked for me.
The ordering process with Fineroot Organics was easy and the delivery was quick too.
