Zynvista should be avoided at all costs. It's clearly a scam that is just after your money and refuses to answer queries that I emailed them . Just kept getting fobbed off.
Refuse to refund my money and tracking never works. I ordered my product 2 weeks ago and when I queried why it hadn't arrived and why tracking never works I got told some fairy story about tracking only showing up 5 days after despatch which is complete nonsense. I was told in answer to one email that my product was still in warehouse waiting to be despatched and was offered a refund which I immediately accepted. A few hours later I received another email saying my product had already been despatched and therefore could not be given a refund. All this adds up to a scam as far as I'm concerned.
My advice is like many others who have had simar experiences with this so called company, avoid at all costs unless you want to be robbed of your money.

This company is based in China so I didn't expect customer service to be any different as it is in England. I ordered tablets, I avoided the trap of upping my order when going to pay, so that was a positive, but be careful as easy to press the wrong button, it didn't take too long to arrive with constant up dates on its progress... Than it all went bad! I was sent the wrong tablets! I contacted customer service, they offered me a 20% refund to keep the wrong tablets! I refused and asked for my money back,or a replacement, then another representative came back saying the tablets had changed packaging and they were not the wrong ones. I sent photos showing what I had ordered, totally different ingredients totally different health benefits, totally different name! Than I get an email saying not to get into a dispute as this could effect my refund! I sent more photos of what I ordered and what was sent, as so different. Than I get another email again saying they are the correct tablets as packaging had changed... It hadn't and they are still selling them on their website the same as what I ordered! Avoid this company, I'm £20 out of pocket with tablets I won't use 😒

Exact same experience as others - order took 3 weeks to arrive, and then it was the wrong item, which they said wasn't the case, just new packaging, which is rubbish. I'm not expecting to get a refund but I'll try.

Do not use this company. I waited 2 weeks for the order to arrive & like others received the wrong order. The appear to be a UK company but tracking shows the order comes from China. A total scam

Update re this company. They tried to pass off the items delivered as the same as ordered but with a different branding. I pointed out that the ingredients are different to original product ordered. They have offered me various refunds of 10-50% if I keep the items. I cannot use them as they are not compatible with my health issues. They are not honouring their 90day returns policy to UK address as per Shopify retail which I bought them through using debit card. They say I must return via tracked postage to overseas address & may take 3-4weeks to get refund. They also made threats to claim it would damage my reputation with my payment provider & even lead to getting no refund at all. I will be seeking a visa debit chargeback which I cannot do until 15 days after receiving the item. I have reported them to Shopify & will also report them to Trading Standards & Companies House. The items cost less than £30 but that is not the point. I am not prepared to let them get away with it & I urge others to do the same. They appear to an Indian Company under the umbrella of Saravanna Ltd registered in the UK

Total scam. Exactly the same experience as other reviewers. However, I did not order through this company, but another that I checked on here as being legit. Unfortunately the email acknowledging my order was from Zynvista and I can't remember the name of the company I ordered from. Total scam, but I wish I could warn others of the initial company :(

I have had exactly the same experience as the rest of the reviewers. Received incorrect product too. Feels like the emails come from AI - never answering my points. The last email offered 55% refund! Going to try and get money back from my credit card provider.

This company is a scam. I have waited weeks for my order.
I've written to them and did get a reply but that was weeks ago. I've been on the tracking just now to see if it is in the country. They can't find that order.
It may be called Zynvista UK but are clearly not in this country. Another Facebook scam advert?

Update: they are now telling me ‘they don’t have a return address’. I will be seeking a refund via my bank.

Ordered a liver supplement from the US. Received a joint supplement from China. Was offered a 20% refund. Then another mail telling me they had ‘changed their packaging’ and I had received what I ordered - yeh right!

Have been told I can return but will have to pay postage - remains to be seen where I need to send it and if I ever get my money back. Should have known better - lesson learned!

Do not order from this company. My order arrived but they had sent the wrong items. They tried saying it was the correct item but just rebranded and new name. The item I ordered was for digestion and bloating the item sent was for muscle repair. How on earth can this be the same product. Approach customer service emails went back and forth for about 5 days. 1.They denied they sent the wrong item. 2. They then offered a 15% refund which I declined. I wanted to return the item and get a full refund. They were having non of it. 3. They then offered a 25% refund which I declined. 4. Made it clear that I wasn't going to get a full refund. 5 final email was for 50% refund. They clearly stated that this was their final offer and if I didn't accept it there was nothing more that they could help me with.
I had no choice but to take the 50% offered as I feared I would never hear from them again. The tablets are now in the bin as I don't trust them.
Steer well clear. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It looks like this is a scam.. took money, promised delivery, no return address, no delivery, tracking number doesn’t work, show product still in China tho company emails it has been sent from UK… no such company to be found!!! Orivaflow is a scam!!
