They are in Tallahassee,Fl and I am in Miami. Took 7 days for them to ship the item out. They blame USPS or course but its been 3 straight orders. I'm done with Hobby Zone and you should be too.

It’s great.
Everything arrives in a timely fashion and is exactly what I ordered. I haven’t had to deal with customer service and to me that’s better then good customer service because they get it right the first time.

The service is in person as well asthe tech support . Deliveries are on time. I did have a few issues with an RTF out of the box some of them self induced. When I called the main number or tech.support. with a problem I got a solution and they worked.good stuff. Having great fun flying the carbon cub and as quoted from Hobby Zone. It's a hobby. Cheers.

Arrows Bigfoot
I ordered an Arrows Bigfoot to give my son for Christmas. The airplane shipped out the same day as I ordered it. The airplane arrived in perfect condition. The assembly was pretty much straight forward and the fit of the parts was excellent. The only small complaint I have is that the paint around the battery hatch chips very easily that being said it can be easily touched up with permanent marker. The Bigfoot is a great flying airplane I couldn’t be happier with it.

More than happy with Hobby Zone!!
I am very happy with Hobby Zone! Ordering was easy. Delivery was way faster than I expected! The shipment arrived in perfect condition. And, the Champ I ordered as a beginning RC pilot was everything and more than was advertised. If you have any doubts about ordering, just step out on that limb and order. I have no doubt that you will be glad you did!!

Several times I was told I was told a return label would be sent to me. Never happed!
So I have lost trust in Hobby Zone and will look elsewhere for planes/parts.
Customer trust means a lot to me.

Hobby Zone is an amazing RC aircraft dealer
Hobby Zone is an amazing RC aircraft retailer, and they offer great Arrows RC products at a fair price. I ordered an 1100mm F8-f Bearcat from them and it was flawless, arrived in what seemed like 9 minutes, and was straight as an arrow coming out of the box.
I will be buying more planes from them again - and they have a bunch more selection than just the Arrows RC lineup.

Bought the same exact plane with warranty as other sites but didn't have to spend a large amount to get free shipping, PLUS DRUMROLL PLEASE!-NO TAX.
