The provided a fake tracking number then take 2 days to respond with what seems like automated answers. After 2 weeks they tell me they were out of stock and should have them coming into warehouse in a couple of weeks. I asked for a refund again 2 days to respond and said “ it would be a shame cancel now but my item should be shipping soon”? I said I still wanted a refund sense it still has not shipped this is the worst online business I have ever dealt with they take your money and hope you don’t ask any questions when your item doesn’t show up.

Website is easy to use. The only thing missing, sometimes it’s hard to figure out the right batteries/power supply components that are needed for a specific engine. Transactions have always gone smoothly. I even received an HM01 last winter that was missing a part and they sent me the part right away.

They are very good people ,they always treat me right,I will always do some shopping with them.

I frequent Engine DIY for there wide variety of Products they offer,Also they add new Products often and there Tech Support is excellent,Please continue how you operate this GREAT online experience.

/6th scale BMW Double R
1/6th scale BMW Double R the 1/6th scale BMW Double R motorcycle exceeds my expectation. I saw the 1/6th scale BMW Double R on a video thumbnail, click the link, watch the video and purchase it. I have been looking for this type of BMW Double R model for a long time. and the fact that it have a working motor to spin the wheels was the 'icing on the cake' well worth the cost. I definitely recommend 1/6th scale BMW Double R model from EngineDIY

I have found Enginediy to be an excellent company. My passion for minature engines started almost two years ago. EngineDIY is one my go to retailers. They are honest and friendly and always quick to respond to my emails. I will continue to purchase from EngineDIY.

I've ordered two model engines and some oil dropper bottles from this site. All arrived within the promised time frame and were extremely well packaged. The products are excellent as well. I'm very happy with the service, and I'll surely order from here again when my budget permits.

The item showed up and operated as the website described. It took three weeks to arrive from China but was worth it.

Dieses Stirling Motor Model ist sehr lehrreich. Es erzeugt Erstaunen wegen des hohen Wirkungsgrades und ist immer eine Bereicherung bei Zusammenkünften.

I purchased a new TOYAN FS-V800WGPC V8 Engine With Starter Kit, Stand and Accessories-One Key Start.
And it looks amazing, I have not started the build yet but can’t wait, the individual pieces are quality. I had to wait for production to start but the seller kept me updated. Buy with confidence it is brilliant piece of kit

This order was just for stickers for my lister engine. But I’ve been communicating with Lucas about some questions I had & I just wanted to say that he has been great! He’s went over & beyond to help me out! Can’t beat the kind of customer service he has given me! I really appreciate it!

Guter Shop, schnelle Lieferung, alles fein.
Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Réactif, service à l'écoute, à toujours été disponible à mes demandes et produit conforme à ma commande

Very inexpensive kit, a lot of pieces it does test ones abilities and you must pay attention to the instructions which are done well. I would recommend The Dragon crossbow. Enjoy

The enginediy team is outstanding answering questions about products they sell. Lucas recommended that I purchase the upgraded tachometer. I really like the display layout. I highly recommend purchasing this additional piece.

Very helpful in resolving an issue with a damaged part. Exceptional customer service in dealing with customer concerns.
