I had such a great experience ordering from Rolife! My package arrived so much faster than expected, and everything was packaged really well and arrived in perfect condition. You can tell they really care about the quality of both their products and the customer experience.

The kit itself was amazing—super high quality materials, everything fit together perfectly, and the instructions were easy to follow. I didn’t have to sand or adjust any pieces, which made the whole building process really enjoyable.

Overall, I’m really impressed and will definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend to anyone who loves cozy DIY projects or miniature builds!

I did order a wooden Cuckoo Clock to build it myself. Part were missing so i contact Rolife. They send me new parts but more parts were missing. Rolife send me a New Cookoo Clock for free.I wanted to thank them for the very good services they give me. I hadn't expected this. I did get it on 21-03-2026.Thank you so much for the New Clock.

Good morning. I am attaching photos of the inferior product . I have already completed a book nook before that I bought which is excellent quality. I am so disappointed with this flimsy and bad quality product. £40 was paid for this rubbish. No parts fit together everything falls apart during assembly. I would like to be compensated for this. i got TGBO1 sakura densya for morhers day i have spent 3 full days trying to put it together. There is a lot of problems with it for example square oegs round holes.It was so flimsy and really bad quality It will not stay together as its fragile and peices break. Lights do not work along with a multitude of other oroblems. I had to stop trying to put it together because peices do not fit.

Bestelling nooit ontvangen. Voor kerst besteld. Ondertussen 5x gemaild en nog steeds geen geld terug of reactie gehad... €85 kwijt. NIET BESTELLEN HIER!

I ended up throwing the lot in the bin. The instructions are useless, I found a video on Youtube which gave different instructions, the pieces do not neatly slot in, very often one part pops out as you try to put another in, and trying to retrieve and replace parts in the interior is impossible. Save your money.

Love the Rolife products! Easy to build. All my friends love them as gifts to create!

Paid $50 for a kids kit. We started putting it together and realized it was missing a piece. Store wouldn’t honor the damaged kit 3 days later even with a receipt. They said they can’t replace it because it was already opened. How else would I find out it was missing if not for starting the project?!
Waste of money and horrible customer service.

Vandaag open ik de doos van de Rolife free time bookshop. De lijm is blijkbaar gaan lekken over alles. Ik heb de doos nog nooit open gedaan en dan krijg je dat. Daarnaast staat in de handleiding bijvoorbeeld b13. Op de bouwonderdelen staan nergens nummers. Ik moet dus maar wat gaan gokken?
Echt heel erg slecht! Dit is mijn eerste Rolife bouwpakket en ook meteen de laatste. Van het merk Tonecheer heb ik eerder wat gebouwd en het kwaliteitsverschil is echt enorm. Ik zou dus een bouwpakket van Tonecheer kopen.

I love the quality of the pieces, how they fit together, and the quality of the instructions. I'm looking forward to my 3rd kit (it's in the mail) and can't wait to get started. I've done 2 book books so far and I love how they look when they're finished.

I gave up after a month of trying to complete the magic emporium set. This is literally like assembling Ikea furniture on a miniature scale. The pieces rarely fit together, the supplied glue is useless, the intricacies of the whole thing is frustrating. Having to hold tiny pieces together waiting for the glue to dry is horrendous and impractical.

Ordered a couple rolife kits and have loved them. I got a coffee shop and a magic corner ones and love love love rolife products.

I have accidentally ordered a different type of Nook Book.
I opened the box and realised it was an arts and crafts one with lots of cutting and sticking tiny bits.
I wanted one of the wooden ones. I closed the box and contacted Nook Book Uk. They were happy to exchange. Until I told them I had opened the box and realised it was the incorrect type.
I will NOT be ordering from this company again. Wjat dreadful Customer service.

Een ster is nog te veel. Breekt af in je handen, onderdelen passen niet. Echte chinese rommel. Geeft wat meer geld uit en je bent een stuk blijer. Too good to be true

We bought something for a friend and it came quickly,was well packed and looked great. My friend was thrilled and put it together quickly - she also was able to customize it to her own vision which was really great. Highly recommend the products.

Overall I have ordered a few kits now. Generally they have been ok. However I recently opened up Kikis Magic Emporium.

For starters, there was no glue! How am I meant to put it together with missing parts, this loses my trust on what else must not be included. Secondly, the wood and peices seem cheap. Even using my own glue, I find it difficult to put the tiny peices together, peices that small dont work with glue, its not well thought out. The glue ends up all over the place as a dab of glue is half the size of the actual peice.
Furthermore, the instructions on this one are very poor. I have to look at a tiny number in the booklet (printed very small), then look for this on another peice of paper, which then gives me a code to search for the panels and bags. It's just clunky and a bit stupid? The others i had were far easier to follow.

Furthermore, I am inundated with emails! I have never known a company send so many marketing emails.

Shame.

"The Magic Study" was bought for me as a Christmas present by my grandchildren. I hadn't built a Rolife product before and I was very impressed by the precise engineering of the ply and paper components. One needs time, patience and care in assembly plus a degree of manual dexterity. It took me 11 hours to complete the assembly. I dismissed the idea of using the double sided tape provided almost immediately. I used UHU for the ply components and Pritt for paper, employing a toothpick for the precise (and very limited !) application of the former and a narrow, flexible, strip of scrap ply for the latter.
This ensured that, when completed, no adhesive could be seen and nothing would fall out of the assembly if tilted. For 98% of the construction the ply components would click - and stay - together without the necessity for any adhesive. The finished unit is really attractive but one needs to enjoy the construction phase itself. It does take time and the constructor must allow for this. Don't rush the job !

Thin cheap parts. Directions are terrible! This is my 15th build and the worst I have done. Would not recommend, save your money and try another company.
