Sneaky subscription trap
Purchased a one-off trip through their diagnostic tool, for a few pounds, but when reviewing later credit card statements I found this had been converted into a £9.99 per month subscription. I never received an email relating to this, and it was not at all clear that a subscription was on the agenda (although I now see it is in the Ts&Cs). Definitely unethical, possibly even a scam.

Niet doen
Na een algemeen nietszeggend advies 3 euro betaald en daarna blijkaar een abonnement aangeschaft. Heel sneaky. De servicedesk legt keurig uit hoe je geen poot hebt om op te staan. En dat je allemaal herinneringsmailtjes krijgt. Geeneen gezien, ze zaten in de spamfilter van outlook.
Uit hun goede hart hebben ze de laatste maand teruggeven, de overige 5 maanden heb ik ze voor niets gespekt. Waardeloos, ga naar een echte dokter!

Onze zelfcheck is gemaakt door professionele fysiotherapeuten op basis van de meest voorkomende fysiotherapeutische aandoeningen. We gebruiken een uniek algoritme dat zeer uitgebreid eventuele aandoeningen bepaalt, en ook aangeeft met welke aandoeningen je minder overeenkomsten hebt. Met een kleine bijdrage voor de zelfcheck bieden we de kwaliteit waar wij voor staan.
Wij kunnen er spijtig genoeg niks aan doen dat onze mailtjes in jouw spambox zijn aangekomen. Ik had gehoopt dat je eerder met het probleem was gekomen, zodat we het samen hadden kunnen oplossen.

This is a SCAM website. It offers a service which is not bad by itself. But as many reviewers have posted, they charge you 2,99 for a one time purchase, and then subscribe you without consent to a monthly payment on aprox. 17 €. I see they respond to each similar review with similar answers in context of, there is a pricing page on our website, we are sending reminder emails etc. but I have not received any email from them, nor did I give my approval for subscribing. I can see that this problem occurs very often for a long period. They are very interested in responding to each bad review on same exact issue, but they are not very interested in solving this problem for their future customers. So its just a plain old SCAM. A business oriented towards collecting money on hidden subscriptions. It might generate some money for them, but in long-term, it is destined for failure. Hopefully it does fail if they do not resolve it.

I would give -5 star if it were available. Complete scam. I did a consultation in December 2024 for 3.99 USD. Never seen any other charge mentioned. Still don’t think I authorized it. But they have been charging me 13.99 every month until May. I discovered the charge yesterday and instructed PayPal to stop payment. They are shameless thieves who had the guts to send me a message asking for payment for June because I had stopped payment. Payment for what? I clicked one spot to see what the website say about my achy hip, read the results, all in less then two minutes, paid $3.99. That should have been the end of it. These guys then charged me $84.00 without my knowledge. That is a steal.

I did a consultation with this company for £2.49. Thought it was fair to pay something for the tool they made.
Paying EUR13,- for months. I was not made aware of this payment or indeed what it is even for. Didn't know it was a trial period.

Ik vind het jammer om te horen dat de automatische incasso niet is verlopen zoals je verwacht had. Je hebt ons geautoriseerd voor toekomstige automatische incasso's door voor de proefperiode te betalen. Misschien heb je dit niet gezien, maar je had de automatische incasso kunnen voorkomen door tijdens de proefperiode van 7 dagen je abonnement op te zeggen. Dit alles vermelden wij expliciet op onze afrekenpagina en in de herinneringsmails die je van ons hebt ontvangen.
