I was having trouble on a Friday night trying to place an order. And Kristine responded to my question quickly. I was so happy to complete my order. Thank you for excellent customer service!!

Recently, in the process of expressing a concern related to a particular product of Herb Affairs offerings, I reached out to their help desk, where Kristine got back to me right away. She was incredible at communicating with me, first because I felt that she not only listened to me (through email), but that she also dialoged back and forth until she understood my point of view and then could then assist me. I don't often write such a review, but the high quality manner of service that Kristine provided was remarkable.

I placed an order and made a mistake. I emailed Herb Affair to see if it was possible to correct my error without canceling and heard back very quickly confirming the update had been made. What service!!

I had placed an order and was sure I had hit the 10% off so that I'd receive the discount at the end when I paid. Assuming that had happened, I paid the amount, but it didn't look like I had received the discount! I needed to contact support on another issue and decided to take a chance and see if they would honor the 10% discount. I assumed I wouldn't receive it as I apparently messed up, but they were so nice, and I received a refund of the 10% back on my credit card! I was shocked and super happy! Sometimes it's things like this that make you loyal to a company as they didn't have to do that, but they did. Thank you so much Herb Affair!

I've had a great experience with this company so far. They get back to you promptly with any concerns you may have. I've used the "Capsule It" once so far, and it works great.I made 100 capsules in about 15 minutes, but it with be faster now that I've done it once.

Tonight I emailed Herb Affair about my capsule order. Kristine responded within an hour (I wasn't expecting any response for 24hrs) and informed me that they only stock bags of 1000 in the capsules. Kristine was very pleasant and offered a discount to correct the problem. I have been very pleased with all my dealings with Herb Affair and I definitely will continue to use them.
