I have been reluctant to leave this review but its come to a point where I am not getting any assistance so I have no choice.
I have been buying from this company for over a year & have a had a few times where the capsules show up completely smashed &/or melted together. When I reached out I was given an apology & offered a 20% discount (which is pointless as I cannot use it on the subscription service I have) but most recently I went off the countdown timer on front of website stating that if I ordered befor the time ran out my package would ship following day.
I rushed to put in order and selected expedited/overnight shipping ($89)
yet it took a Week to get my package.
When I reached out they only acknowledged that my order was set to deliver the following day. By then I had waited SIX DAYS.
This was the Second time I was fooled by that dishonest timer.
I feel this company uses that timer to pressure u to make a purchase with no intention of getting your package out next day.
I asked for a refund and got no response. In fact I have been waiting since Sept 3rd for a response.
Still have received NO COMMUNICATION.
Im so disappointed.

He capsule machine does not work. Don’t waste your money. It’s a horrible product if you try to fill your capsules up more it won’t close right the capsules break so you’re just wasting money. Customer Service is horrible. They say they’ll get back to you to try to return this, but they don’t. It’s a lot of waste of time. I will never buy from this company again.

I had made an error in order and emailed about a change before the order processing was done, thankfully Kristine emailed me back within 5 mins to let me know the changes had been made just in time.

These guys are the best! Customer service excellency! I was charged for something I wasn’t satisfied about and the refund was immediate. I so appreciate that.
The capsule machines are also the best. They have a very nice storage box that everything can go back into and that is a huge plus for keeping things together.
The only thing I wish is that you could order individual parts for them… like different trays if one part does get lost. But that’s a minor compared to the amazing experience and Products of this company!

Customer service is easy and fast. Prices are competitive and the powders are pure. I love making my own pills with the kit.

The new "mix" calculator is a great addition to an already great company with great products. Gave it a try last night and it makes figuring the perfect ratios for this aging body. The ability to calculate in the texture of each powder and the way each packs differently takes a lot of guess work out of making my own precise mixes. Thank you Herb Affair Team for all the dedicated work you do.

Placed my order on Aug 14th, said it would ship the next day. The took their payment on Aug 14th. It is Aug 29th and they still have not shipped my order.

I use my different sized Capsule-It machines regularly to make healthy supplements for myself and for family members. I have been on a quest to live and eat in a healthier manner, and in that quest, I have found this great tool to help in that journey. I have ditched the junk-filled supplements and make my own with pure ingredients from my own garden and other sources. I feel better than ever and the helps and tips that Herb Affair sends to its customers are invaluable.

This has been amazing for making my own supplements. From freeze drying beef liver for capsules to making my own holy basil and saffron capsules. It’s perfect for making supplements for our family. Our kids don’t complain about it either.

I love Love love the way Herb Affair offers their capsules already separated and the capsulating machine if amazing. I recently had a shipment not arrive to my home as the tracking had indicated and after checking every which way and checking with post office - Kristine with Herb Affair rectified my issue and helped me attain my order - I should get notification any time now of when I can expect it. I’m grateful!!
