I had issues at first with getting the pay site to take my discount code. I sent an email and Kristine was very quick to reply and to help me with the discount code to work. Very pleasant to work with and she made sure I was taken care of. I can’t wait to start making my own supplements.

I purchased both the filler and capsules. The quality is great and exceeded expectations. Customer service is superb and super responsive! I love my purchase and gladly write this review. One note: If you’re using a Size 000 Capsule-It filler, you’ll need to use Size 000 capsules for the best fit. this is my first time encapsulating something, and the process was easy. I read the instructions while watching the youtube tutorial and got it on my first go around, I was able to do it again with no issues. I've already recommended this brand to other friends trying to do the same thing! I couldn't find many 3rd party reviews for the site so wanted to contribute

My order specs were incorrect and I needed to have it changed before my item shipped. They were quickly on it and changed the order in a timely manner. Well done!

The customer service is fantastic. There was a problem with one of their products that I made them aware of and they were on it quickly. I did not expect anything to be replaced, I just wanted them to be aware and they went beyond that by replacing what I had used and then some! This company stands by what they say by doing everything possible to give you a great product and great service!

I had purchased the capsule-it filler in November 2024, have not been able to use it, yet. In June of 2025 I got my capsule-it filler out but I don't have the ebooks that I was to have gotten after my purchase. I reached out to Herb Affair, showing when and what I had purchased, less than thirty minutes and I had a response from Kristine at Herb Affair. She was very polite and helped me.
I am amazed at how this business pays attention to there help desk (email) and responds so quickly. You just don't find that anymore.

If you are like me and take a lot of herbal supplements, you know how costly that can be. Buying the powered herbs in bulk is much cheaper, but most medicinal herbs taste really bad :-b The answer is to use capsules, but that is messy and VERY time consuming. This easy-to-use device reduces this hours-long chore into about a 20 to 30 minute process to get 100 capsules!
But wait, there's more: When you're done, toss the Capsule-It into the dishwasher and it's ready for reuse.
Be aware, you have to order based on the size of capsules you use. I got one for size 000, and I'm about to order one for size 0.

Great customer service. I ordered the wrong capsule size and after emailing them they changed my order within a few hours.
