Ordered two disposables and only received one. Customer support was very nice, they said they emailed the distributor and would get back to be but it’s been four days so I doubt it. Don’t waste your money with this website there are so many better.

It's October 11th an still haven't received my September box! I cancelled my subscription with this company to many other companies that can do the same thing an get ur box to you when it's spose to be there. Sorry this is an ongoing thing that seems to get later each time box by box so I'm moving on what kills me is you can be way late an it's ok but u wouldn't send me a box if I was late with payment! On top of it you don't even try to make it right with extras u act like the customer is lucky u sent it! SAD!

This has been one of my favorite websites to shop at, sometimes online shopping isn’t always a great experience, but Hemper has not let me down. I’ve been shopping since 2019, and I have tried other places, but nothing compares to the experience and the customer service you get with them. My favorite thing about Hemper is the customer service. They have such an amazing team that clearly cares and makes an effort to help. I highly recommend trying them out.

Didn’t even know I had a subscription with them until they charged me. I don’t even have the same card I originally used when I made my first purchase from them. Instead of a refund they gave me store credit as if I’m going to shop from them anytime soon.

I have been waiting for refund and reshipment for 2 months now. Very disappointed with Hemper, Protect+, and Route. My money is gone and nothing to show for it!!!!!
