FRAUD SITE. Wire them for inventory, get 1/2 of what you paid for and then get the middle finger when you file a dispute of shortage. When you paid over $6k for 4 items and are sent 2 of the 4 you paid for, one would expect a simple resolution. Nope. Too bad. Wire is the only form of payment for a good reason. You have ZERO RECOURSE with them. ZERO. Don't be fooled by their "resolution" report a problem. It's worthless and a waste of time. Go elsewhere and avoid at all costs!

I had a very positive experience with B-Stock and their mediation team.
From my experience, when dealing with Amazon EU customer returns, having a reliable mediator is essential. B-Stock plays an important role between buyers and Amazon EU, helping to review situations and work toward fair solutions. Without their involvement, it would be much more difficult to resolve issues that can come up in this type of business.
I especially want to thank Julie for her professionalism, clear communication, and dedication. I would also like to mention Tina from customer service — I’ve dealt with her before, and she has always been kind, smart, and very helpful.
Overall, the support and guidance provided by the B-Stock team give buyers more confidence when purchasing liquidation inventory.

So 1 mal bestellt spielzeug 4 paletten bestellt 4 bekommen. OK
2 mal Bestellt fernseher Drucken und andere ware.
von 25 fernseher und insgesamt 40 artikel..Es sind 20 ferndseher gekommen alle schrott alle dysplay gebrochen. manche ganze korpus gebrochen. 4000€ in müll.3 te mal bestellt . bei überweisung fehler gemacht. Geld ist unauffindbar obwohl ich schon alle daten zugeschickt habe. 3800€ weg . auf emails wird 1 mal in 30 tagen geantwortet und die stellen sich immer so an ob die nichts verstehen
.Die letzte lieferund 52 artikel 4 paletten, habe bekommen 36 artikel 3 paletten. fahrer hat einfach abgeladen und ist weggefahren . ich war nicht da. was soll der mist.
wieder 4000€ weg..
ich habe 12000€ an bstock geschenkt und nur abgezockt worden.
keiner wird euch antworten. geld ist für immer weg. ihr bekommt nur schrott von recycling.
Bei Ebay kosten 10 fernseher 100€ . ich habe 20 für 4000€ bekommen. Danke bstock
Und icdh rede nicht über ek preise , die fernseher wurden mit 80000€ neuswert anghepriesen. kosten aber neu 20000€.

I won my first auction… And the product sent from Costco was not at all what was advertised… Heavy use and many items broken… I immediately called B stock… They asked me to send pictures and started the process of the dispute… As I said, it is a process… But in the ultimate and I was made whole again— and B stock was able to refund my money… They stood behind me… I don’t blame them for what Costco sent me… I blame Costco… And when there was an issue… B stock stood behind the customer… I’m very satisfied.

I ordered from the same location two separate orders I was charged shipping for both orders. They consolidated the orders for me ship the orders to me but no credit was given so basically I paid $700 shipping for five pallets to arrive traveling a distance of 30 miles.

Reached out multiple times to contact someone regarding my auction to no avail. Website states they will respond within 24 hours but after reaching out (via phone and email) multiple times I gave up. They listed my items for a ridiculously low amount and would not resolve the issue.
