Scam company. They are really good at convincing banks they did nothing wrong when you try to dispute. They are selling used items and displaying them as new on the website. STAY AWAY FROM THE HEADACHE AND NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I I as told I ordered 2 February boxes yet I didn’t. I’ve been a customer for years now and always look forward to receiving my boxes. I have a glass curio cabinet where I display them. Not having one really upsets me.

Customer support is out of this world!!! Great deals on glasswear and accessories and reasonably priced international shipping. I'll not shop anywhere else from now on!!

I ordered 4 items- only actually shipped one. It took several emails and over two weeks just for the shipping label to be created on the other 3 items and I only got back a bunch of automated messages.

Ordered the XL Gummy Bear subscription box in February, I love gummy bears, so I had to have it. When i got it, it was broken. I had the package protection, so I submitted a claim. I was told i had to wait 15 days, which I did. At which point they returned me to hemper, as it was a merchant issue. Once back to hemper, i was told that the bong was now out of stock and that they were waiting on more. I could wait, get in store credit for the cost of the piece, or choose an XL bong (150-200$ prices) from their site. I wanted my bear, so i waited.

I was charged for a second box, due to my own mistake and that glass arived unbroken. several pieces in the same box, no issues.

So I got a notice that my replacement bear was on the way. I was excited, but leary. Wouldn't you know, the second bong is more broken than the first. The first one, was possibly salvageable, but not likely due to broken glass near the mouthpiece. This one was totally unusable.

I emailed them, and was offered 49$ in store credit. For a bong they sell for 200$. They are blaming me for their cheap $hitty Chinese glass and poor packaging. Stay as far away from this website as you can. Absolute dog$hit company. They used to be good, not sure what happened, but its a shame. FU Hemper

Unhelpful and passive aggressive at best. When asked for help with a obvious refund was unable to support my request in any way and was generally about as frustrating as talking to a wall.

Great product just policy lies about what time you will receive it says 5 to 7 I'm on day 12 says I won't get till 15 days so fix that

My package has been delayed for quite some time now. I reached out to customer service and Dallas was quick to help out. Package still hasn’t gotten to me but I look forward to it getting here.

Horrible, has been over a week since I ordered my item, messaged them 3 days ago asking for an update and they tell me they don’t have any control over it since it’s from a different warehouse and now I have to wait another 1-2 weeks for them to ship it. Absolutely ridiculous and the fact I sat in a queue to talk to someone and never got a response to then get asked to fill out a survey on my order when they never responded to my email, phone call or live chat. I sat in the live chat for 8 hours with nobody answering me or joining the chat

Because I did not have to even ask for any replacement. It was offered to begin with, which made it so easy and comfortable.

I had an issue with my rewards points. I emailed the customer service about it, and received an answer the next day! Not only had the issue been resolved, I was given a few extra points which I greatly appreciated!

I’ve had issues with this company before where I bought something that didn’t work immediately. I put that aside bc I loved the pipe style vape battery so much. It lasts longer than any vape battery so I ordered two more. Received a tampered package (not hempers fault) but it took them over a month to finally send me a replacement. When I got the replacements they weren’t the style I recall ordering and also the battery doesn’t work with most of the cartridges I try. Not spending any more money here. Go elsewhere.

I have been a hemper fan since my first box, and my latest order ws no exception. My name ended up wrong on the label, but the team was able to help me get that fixed.

Bought their Inline Puck Bong V2 and love it. The hits are massive for this little beast. Shipped pretty fast with no issues.

I had an item I wanted to buy and add to my next order, for convenience, and shipping. I got a quick response that that wasn’t possible, but gave me a credit towards shipping, and clear instructions on how to use it, so, I not only placed my order immediately, but added to it! Had issues originally receiving the package but Dallas with Customer support was very helpful with a response within the day. Through the protection plan, they were able to resolve the issue. The product itself was amazing! We had the XL Camp Out Box. Definitely worth the price and the protection plan. This set has quickly become our favorite!

Ordered on the 31/12/23 it's now 25/12/24 still not received my order
