Last night i won 1036 sc playing diamond slam and as soon as i try to redeem all my sc coins are no longer there and customer service wont even try to help. Such a scam. Hellomillions redeem my prize if your so legit.

I love the games but hate the redemption process 😔 I was told 3-5 days and they haven't even looked at it and it's day 3 now .If they paid out sooner I would be willing to play more but I have one condition to slow payouts.I won't pay again until I receive my money.

I have played this site many many times, never had any issues. Always had good deals on sweep coins, redemptions were timely. I have been recently revisiting the site, deals not as good nor their daily bonus… anyway, I purchased a number of packages over the last couple weeks, no issues taking my money. I hit on a small $200 win. Had been playing for a bit so decided to just cash it out. I go to redeem, asks to verify my self and address. Cool no prob, haven’t played or won there in a while. Did the verification, to redeem $200. All of the sudden my account is suspended…. I fill out form for cust support to get some answers.. well along with name and email u can’t file without user id #… how do u get that when u don’t have access to it if they suspend my account??? I put in a bunch of 1’s and clearly specified all my info and why I used 1’s for my account #. I receive an email stating “they’re working on it” and if I respond my claim would fall to the bottom of the que and take longer… but I can chat with cust support thru site…. Now how do I do that if I can’t log in????? So now still no response and no way to reach out almost 2 days later still nothing from them. Very frustrated, I used to love that site but how u supposed to get your info and have other forms of communication if u don’t have access to the site???? It’s $200 not $20,000. Will no longer be using nor promoting this site. They had no issues taking my money but can’t even communicate with me about why all the sudden I win I get a suspended account without explanation!!! Not professional. If I don’t hear back I’ll contact my bank for all payments made to them for services not rendered!

According to legal counsel HELLO MILLIONS is in constant legal battles for not paying clients redemptions. I don’t think this company will be around much longer. Worst customer service ever on a perpetual loop of answering a message with the same answer over and over again. Still haven’t gotten my 300 bucks back still haven’t gotten my player VIP ranking restored. I’m so done with this place. Don’t waste your time. They’ll take your money. It’s OK to have two accounts when it’s come time to take the money but when it comes time to pay in the money when you win, that’s when they decide to bust out with terms of policy 2.2 section bullshit

I won $267 on Hello Millions and withdrawal was denied. I got an email 4 days later stating the following:

"We are reaching out regarding your recent redemption request. We encountered an error while processing your request. The error we received indicates that the account name/number is incorrect/invalid.

With that said, we will have to decline that request, which will put the SC balance back into your account. Please re-submit your redemption request and ensure your banking details are correct."

Now, that is simply not possible, because I just had a previous withdrawal approved days prior with the same bank account and same information. Nothing has changed, yet Hello Millions denied my withdrawal. How is it that my $76 withdrawal from just a few days before works, but not my $276 withdrawal with the exact same bank account?

I have decided to try the withdrawal again with a different bank this time. I will update my review if the withdrawal actually goes through this time. Maybe there was some sort of glitch in the system and this was all just a misunderstanding. I've been using Hello Millions for about a week, not exactly a great start so far.

I do love the b2 family but I am so confused as to why all of my redemptions in the last three months on hello millions were approved so quick and now I hit big and I have been waiting for 3 days… would be a 5 star if this did not happen

I have only won on this game once. Never won again. After a month of no kind of wins, I removed the game and no longer play. It's a rip-off.
