HelloMillions arent honest with there own rules. they claim in the help section if you make a mistake, with 2 accounts ( it happens ) theyll let you remove an account and keep 1 open.
Well this happend to me and i won $700 and they obviously went with the old no money account. Why? because theyre crooks who manipulate gameplay, dont follow there own rules so there liars!
and at the end of the day, look forward to seeing people loose. my case isnt everyones case. but truth be told tread lightly woth them. theyre frauds and cons

I mistakenly created two accounts as I totally forgot about the first one. Logged in , made a deposit and won a few hundred dollars. Went to verify my account and was locked out. I understand why as I thought what could be wrong. Searched my email and discovered I had registered under a different email.I immediately reported the issue and received numerous emails stating they would respond soon but had an overwhelming number of emails. I had researched this casino and found it to be mostly positive except for some who experienced what I am going through right now. It truly appears to be a gamble as to how successful you will be using this platform.

Closed my account instead of honoring $3k payout.
After using the platform for more than a month and investing a significant amount of money, I followed all the steps for a redemption of over $3,000. Two days later, i attempted to login to check the status and couldn’t login - I received a notification pop up that my account was locked. I contacted support immediately, and received an email reply that my account was closed according to section 4.11 of their ToS, which states in full:
4.11 We reserve the right to suspend, close or refuse to open a Customer Account at our sole discretion.
I’ve asked for clarification, but received none except for restating that ToS section.
Basically, instead of paying out the $3k I won, they closed my account.
