My experience with Hello Millions has been one of the most painful experiences of my life.
I reached out to the company after coming to the difficult realization that I have a gambling addiction. Admitting that wasn't easy. I was vulnerable, honest, and hoping for compassion. Instead of responding to my concerns or acknowledging what I had shared, my account was simply closed. I never received a meaningful response to my request or any indication that someone truly cared about what I was going through.
What makes this even harder is knowing how the platform operated before that. It was incredibly easy to cancel pending redemption requests and continue gambling after I had already made the decision to cash out. In moments when I wanted to stop, there were no meaningful safeguards to help me follow through. I ended up losing money I had already attempted to withdraw, and that has had devastating looking back now.
I'm not writing this to avoid responsibility. I know my addiction played a role, and I own that. Recovery begins with accountability. But responsible gaming should be more than words on a website. When someone reaches out and says, "I have a gambling problem," they deserve more than silence and an account closure. They deserve acknowledgment, empathy, and support.

I’ve been playing on this site since June 28. My first redemption was approved and paid the very next day, which gave me confidence to continue playing. However, I submitted another redemption on June 29, and since then it hasn’t even been reviewed or approved.
I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an update and have received no meaningful response. The lack of communication is very concerning.
At this point, I’m starting to question whether this is a legitimate platform or if they only pay out the first redemption to encourage people to keep playing, then stop processing future withdrawals. I truly hope that’s not the case, but that’s how this experience feels.
I would be happy to update my review if my redemption is processed and the company improves its communication. Until then, I can’t recommend this platform based on my experience.

Worst redemption experience of my life
This company enjoys screwing you in redemptions stonewalling and delaying you what seems to be for a here own entertainment.
