Offer of salt/pepper mill in week 3 is a farce. I could not see any email to activate the offer.
I have enjoyed the hello fresh products and tastes.
However, when I signed up 3 or 4 weeks ago I was promised the offer of a salt and pepper hello fresh.. I assumed it would have just arrived in today’s box (week 3). I am
NOT HAPPY. You don’t make it easy as I tried to go through my emails to activate the free gift but no joy. I have had health issues over last few weeks and have not had the time or head space to deal with this nonsense.i have tried to locate a telephone number so I can talk to someone preferably a human. But no joy. I will therefore be cancelling my subscription this week!
I will NOT be recommending the service.

Shocking Customer Service!!!
The food and recipes can be great, however the customer service infrastructure is an absolute joke. If anything goes wrong, be prepared for a frustrating experience.
My recent experience has been a masterclass in poor communication. Emails sent in May and early June went completely unanswered for over a month. There was no response, no automated bounce-back and no indication that the inbox was not being monitored, leaving me with the impression that my messages had simply been ignored.
When I used live chat to ask why I had received no response, the agent abruptly ended the chat while I was actively typing a request to speak with a manager.
The Resolutions Team eventually contacted me and did help with part of my query, which I appreciated. However, they completely ignored my concerns regarding the month-long lack of response and the disconnected chat session.
I replied seeking clarification on those points and subsequently contacted customer support again. I was advised that my response would be escalated, yet 9 days later I have still received no follow-up.
The meals themselves are often excellent, but the support experience has been disappointing. The biggest issue is not that a problem occurred, but the repeated lack of communication and the difficulty in obtaining a clear response.

It’s great to have the ingredients home delivered and not have to go grocery shopping to find every little ingredient. I am haunted with calls from HELLOFRESH to rejoin. Every single day I get a call! I blocked the number but i get missed calls EVERY DAY. Only yesterday I asked them to stop calling me and I was assured it would not happen again and guess what? yes, they have called me again today!! Unsubscribing makes zero difference, they are driving me nuts!

I have to say I am disappointed- veg is…
I have to say I am disappointed- veg is not that fresh I had to take a picture of rotten veg and got €5 credit back what a joke. Although the meals I have chosen a good - the selection seems a bit basic and the same noodles or rice dishes. Signed up to Hello Fresh while our son is going Leaving Cert - to take the pressure off shopping and cooking and to give him some tasty food to look forward to at the end of a hard day of study and exams. Hello fresh did not disappoint. We are on our second week and most of the recipes have been delicious. Was disappointed with a tahini mayonaise mix that was designed for a falafal salad, other that that all good and my family want me to use more spices from now on in my everyday cooking

Very disappointed with HelloFresh
Very disappointed with HelloFresh. I ordered for the first time and my box never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they couldn't tell me why and assured me it would arrive the following day. It never did, and by that point I wouldn't have trusted the food anyway.
I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried again the following week, but exactly the same thing happened. Once again, they had no explanation and were no help in resolving the issue.
After two failed deliveries and poor customer service, I cancelled my account. Based on my experience, I would not recommend HelloFresh.
